Very busy when we arrived. Only took 10 minutes to be seated. 10 minutes to get our drinks and food ordered, but it took over an hour and a half to find out when our food was going to get to us. The manager took care of us after this. In the future, staff should make sure patrons know about a slow down and are checked on more frequently. This would have made a big difference for us.

Hate to rate this place as horrible but.......Food was horrible, the server was great in bringing me a "fresh" order of hashbrowns (the 1st order was stale, as if under a heatlamp) and their Chicken Fried Steak was as hard as a Hockey Puck with hardly any Country Gravy on it.....mmmmmmyeahhhhh No! Sorry IHOP, this time I'm going for Denny's

Waiting 25 minutes for drinks. My breakfast never showed. The people that got sitted 25 minutes after us got their food and they told me I still had to wait an additional 25 minutes. So I left and never coming back.

Service was horrible!! Our waitress was in no hurry to get our order to us! I don’t understand why people work at a place that makes them miserable! Don’t work if you’re going to give out bad customer service!We had been waiting 40 minutes for our order and it still hadn’t arrived! We walked out!! Our waitress had no kind of smile or even happiness to be alive!! It was horrible! I understand if the place doesn’t have a whole lot of employees working, it doesn’t excuse the service or delivery of service or how long it takes to get our food!!!IHOP really needs to improve this location and make changes!!!

This place is SUCKS! The service is beyond HORRIBLE. Look, I get you have to watch your labor for the bottom line. However, this is ridiculous! Either hire more competent servers or another cook. It seems like there is only one cook back in the kitchen making food for the customers. I waited 1 hour and at the hour mark I left because I still hadn't received my order. Other customers were clearly frustrated as we were. 1 hostess that seemed to have problems seated them, 2 servers, 1 buser funny dishes were still all over dirty tables and I guess a manager older lady with glasses doing nothing. Accept, standing by the back computer by the patio. This is the second time it's been like this. The first time, I thought it was an aberration it clearly wasn't. Don't waste your time going here. I'll try the one down the street. Maybe it will be better. I at least hope it is. Or are all I hope not the same? FOLLOW UP . LIP SERVICE YOUR RESTAURANT IS TRASH AND SO ARE YOUR PUBLIC RELATIONS

I love the gluten free pancakes at IHOP. They also have turkey bacon and egg whites. My friend got a GIANT omelet with steak. He said that it was his new favorite meal. It came with hash browns and pancakes.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pancakes.

We took our daughter for brunch there. We got 3 omelettes, 2 sides and 1 beverage. The bill was $81! What? The prices are so bad....with a tip the total was in the $90s.The pancakes were cold when I got them...I had to ask to send them back for hot pancakes. My omelette was over cooked (rubbery) and no hollandaise sauce--so I told the waitress it was supposed to have hollandaise sauce--she brought me a small dish of it--which was fine--until on the bill she charged me for it! I asked to have it taken off the bill cuz it was included on the menu for that omelette.but!the kicker is....we all got sick an hour later (terrible bathroom issues)---first me, then my husband---so I called my daughter to see how she was and she was in the bathroom with 'issues'.(if you know what I mean)We were really disappointed about all of it. Spending over $90 and having that all happen.Wheelchair accessibility: room
