What time do you guys close because it seems like it's ever changing. Website says you close at 9pm. Your door sign says you close at 8pm. I got there at 7:25pm today and sure enough the doors were locked and the employee inside was ignoring the outside world?I see the owner responds with the same old generic response to bad reviews. Sorry for your experience heres a link to provide morw information. Close down this location already.

Ordered some turmeric shots (6) through the App. Came to pick it up and the employee had only 1. My payment already went when I ordered it on the app. Just trying to get my refund now, I asked for a refund and she said go to the website? I’m like how does that work? She calls the manger and gives me a phone number to call for my refund. Called that number and he told me I have to go to the store and get the refund! I hate going back and forth. I asked the phone guy for my refund he said he does not do that to call the store. I am calling right now and no one picks up. It’s a 10-15 min drive over there .

I was the only customer and it took 14 minutes to make my single smoothie which was then made incorrectly- asked for it to be remedied and was literally given a handful of change and told this was the cash value - but what about my lunch and entire lunch break spent waiting for a smoothie which never came (?)Edit update- manager called wanting to make things right which is so appreciated (!) bc I love my Jamba ! Mistakes happen and will be giving this location another try :)

Not sure why they are open. They didn’t have half of what I came in to order. Then the employee took it upon himself to explain why they were missing so much which wasn’t a plausible reason (they were missing gloves) because they could get supplies up the street or from another Jamba Juice. Then I was fortunate for my smoothie to drop and the same employee to make it out of spite, my bad bro I should’ve ensured my lid was on right before I tried to put a straw in the cup!

Would not mind the long wait times if there was somewhere to sit inside. Customer service is hit or miss and they are pretty consistently out of ingredients.

I vistited this Jamba Juice just now around 5:30 this Sunday 9/24/2023Worker was so disrespectful. No greet at all, which is okay, (long day I know, I feel you , you wanna go home) but I felt so disrespected. Smoothie was half way completed, she didn't even put lid on correctly and just tossed it on the counter and I had to fix most of it. I understand you can have a bad day and stuff but don't do me like that. Worker had blonde hair braids with a heart necklace , she refused to explain a smoothie, ( I know it says it on the menu, but still curious etc) I just think don't put your anger on me just saying. Worker was pretty but cmon now! Ima let it slide this time, I'm not a Karen but had to write this. I hope that worker life gets better, from a friendly person as well keep grinding but treat guests with respect or just a little please

They didn’t want to take our bowl orders because they were too busy. They prioritized smoothies and had no mention of that while we waited 10 minutes in line.

This Jamba Juice location is always my go-to since it's closer to where I live...but it's hit or miss on whether certain items are available.The 3 stars are for their delicious smoothies, bowls, and other tasty options...but be prepared for the long wait and/or not having what you want since they're not well stocked with certain food items.My favorite plant-based smoothies are the Vanilla Blue Sky and Greens-n-Ginger. :-)

Location look's abandoned y unkept . They took out everything during Covid and we are well out of that and still looks unwelcoming . Floor was very dirty at mid day, machines sound like they were going to break, customers waiting with three employees.

Usually great. If you are lactose intolerant, trust no one! Lol. Or at least bring your pills. They forgot to substitute out the milk and I barely made it home yesterday. It was a bad experience, to say the least.

I went to get Jamba Juice because I was craving it.... I have never tasted anything so unbelievably foul. There was no one at the register when I entered and they even got my orders mixed up. My dog makes better smoothies.
