Went here for the watermelon breeze drink. The interior of this location surprised me. It was completely empty and a little run down. There's a wall with a plethora of business cards affixed to it and another dirty looking bowl of more cards on a shelf below the board of cards. There was a napkin dispenser on that same shelf. The employee wasn't friendly but wasn't unfriendly either. Maybe she was just bored or didn't like her job. No greeting, no asking if I needed help. Once I ordered, she proceeded to make my drink. It was a fast process, I was in and out pretty quickly. So now for the drink... it was horrible. It did not taste anything like watermelon, I was so disappointed! It was very watery, not thick at all, and it had no real flavor- just very bland. I regret going to Jamba, I was not impressed in any way and it felt like a waste of money. I'll seek out my specialty drinks elsewhere.

The employee showed up later than the opening time (9:21) and when I asked if they were open, she was incredibly rude & said she wouldn't be open until 10. Never going back.

Update: 11/20/21 Sadly the staff has changed. I had a pretty bad experience this past weekend. Hopefully everyone can learn from this review experience. When placing your order remember to take your debit card from the turn screen or cashier. What makes me appalled about this situation, is I paid with my debit card. Which was still in the cash register slot. There was a person behind me and paid the same method. Instead of pulling my card and looking for me while I was waiting for my drink. She placed it under the register and proceeded to take the others payment. When we left. I realized that I had left it at this Jamba Juice location. I immediately called. Not mind you. I called weeks prior to do a phone order and someone picked up. This time the phone would ring and hang up. So we ended up driving all the way back. The cashier ended up finding my debit card next to over 10 debit card with mine underneath the register. Then we explained about calling this location and no one answering. She proceeded to show us there was no phone in the cradle, and said that it hasn't been connected in months. Like really!? I just called weeks prior for an order.....And how many times has someone left their debit cards into the machine with no attempt to find its owner if they are still withing the building. There is only one slot. They would have to take the debit card out and put the new one in. The stack she showed us , I was amazed as if it's normal for them. I wish I knew the cashiers name. As for the other workers. I don't know how their habits are. So far if you see all my other reviews about this location have been positive. That's why I didn't put it as 1. Management needs to figure out the phone situation and when people forget their debit cards. They are not baseball cards. Don't show them to me as an excuse. It's not funny.Update: when you hate the paper straws. But love the location. We bring our own straws! This location always makes my order super good and super fast. I always order my Jamba via the app. They already know me by name and order. The ladies rock at this location. They mix the right about of pear juice and other juices. Some locations make it watery. This location makes it on point!!!! I beg though....no more paper straws! ? I suck so hard it collapse the straws. Then the sounds it rubs on the plastic cup is like chaulk board! Everything else is amazing!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences I've been to this location and unlike the other locations that come off cold and dead. This location has REAL character and soul. We all to take a moment to pause to think the labor shortage that every business is experiencing and then think; 'How is it the owner keeps doing this cause I'd be in Belize enjoying the sun vs dealing some ride no leaving tip ungrateful customers'. I've worked in the food industry and it's b*tch and that was before the this work shortage. I applied ownership and the leadership she's accrued. Y'all killing it!! I will continue to come for Mango-A-Go-Go and Strawberry Surf Rida' (which I thought of Beyonce's 'Drunk in Love' and I thought might to mix them together. Bet that would be heaven).

Service is fine, employees nice, drinks good, but the actual space looks terrible. Tables stacked up in back and interior just doesn't look like it is kept up well. I'd use Jamba off Palomar as it is cleaner.

EVERY single time I go this Jamba Juice I get issues from a lady named “Monique” she is VERY RUDE every single time. And for no reason. If you don’t know what you want to order she’s going to get mad and instantly get an attitude with you. I have no clue how she is still employed when she treats people this way. It’s sad that Jamba allowed such toxic people to work there. I’ve had enough and will never go back because Monique is that awful of a human being.

I had the pleasure of meeting General Manager Monique a.k.a MO at this location. Her service was extremely impeccable and I was emotional because she reminded me of my family that I haven’t seen in years. As a transwoman who serves in the U.S. Navy, her service to a service member was outstanding and I felt extremely comfortable at this location. I will definitely keep showing my face at this store. Thank you so much Mo and Mo Black Excellence to you.

By far the best experience in an understaffed small business. Since COVID I know doesn't hand how difficult it la to find good help. That doesn't stop the manager of this Jamba Juice location. She does it ALL. Cleaning ordering training hiring taking orders and preparing them. Nothing is beneath her. She is down to earth professional fair kind and honest. I make it a point to get off in time to make it to this location before they close because it's MORE than worth it!!!! Reply

This location has gone downhill... they're always out of everything...I can understand if it was the end of the day but right when you open? No excuse... the one employee that I've seen the last 3 times I've gone there didn't know how to make or switch screens to locate classic recipes that all the other Jamba Juice locations still make even though it's not on their current menu. Go to a different Jamba Juice location, either on Palomar Airport road or the one on Vista way. So disappointed, this used to be my favorite location that I would go out of my way to go to.

Jamba Juice is my go to for refreshing and healthy beverage. I like ordering Strawberry Wild but replace the juice with soy milk or Almond milk. This turns out to be their old version of Strawberry Sunrise (or maybe called Sunrise Strawberry?) Super refreshing!

This Jamba just lost me. There toaster oven is down,so o breakfast. They have no fresh oranges, only orange consentrate. The woman working oozed like she had worked for 12 hours by the looks of her cloths. Management needs to step in or loose loose it. There are too many efficient ones around.
