I have come there three times and each time the same excuse, "just sold the last one, you'll have to wait about 20 minutes while we make some more" so I blame management because they're not teaching their employees when they are down to three or four chicken potpies put in another batch in to cook so you always have chicken potpies. Need to have a sign up to cook more before you run out however you want to do it but that's how you get good customer service.

Ordered the "Taste of KFC" combo and it had much to be desired. Extra Crispy chicken was dry, overcooked and lacked any breading, like it was deep fried twice. The biscuits were also dry and hard as a rock. A side order was incorrect as well. Lesson is to look at everything before you leave. A very disappointing experience.

I placed an order on the drive thru , I got the Taco and Burrito pack, which I always get for my kids. It always comes with the 5 layer burritos but we ended up getting bean burritos. All of my kids had all ready eaten half of their food until we noticed that none of the burritos were the 5 layer. I order a 2 piece from KFC and asked for 2 drums I ended up getting 1 drum and 1 breast which the kitchen was all ready old. The chicken was dry and dark color of what I imagined had all ready been sitting in the heating cabinet for a good amount of time. I called the store to let them know about my situation, the solution they gave me was to take back my order. That's all she said is we will replace your order just come and we will replace it all. She didn't give me the chance to let her know that my kids had all ready eaten half of everything so now what was I supposed to take back? Frustrated situation which I know things can happened the fact that she was rushing me in the phone and didn't even give me a chance to explain more had me feeling puzzled since I didn't know what else to do. I shouldn't have to feed my kids something I didn't order or waste my time having to go back to get it fix. This is why it's important to have good customer service and make sure to check their orders before handing them out

Was disappointed that I ordered the two piece meal and was charged an additional .99 to get a breast. Up to now, there was no additional charge. Takes the cost of a small meal to $10.43! Breast and wing almost 11 bucks.!

I'm not very much a picky person, but this seems a little alarming and now I'm scared of what's gonna happen to me after eating only half of this Hot Famous Bowl.First thing I noticed, there was a lot of red oil sauce on top. I thought maybe I just needed to mix it. But after mixing it with the mashed the potatoes it was basically not the same anymore and there was still red oil sauce left. I noted there were only four small chickens in there also. I couldn't finish without feeling sick...
