Can't ever go wrong with a mini order of katsu, or musubis! Mixed bbq plate is amazing. Customer service is always great!

Today was the first time I tried this location and I have to say the girl that was working in the front today is very friendly and very nice I've never really experienced someone so kind and happy like her at any of the other locations! She's the #1 best employee you got! The food is excellent at this location very big portions and absolutely the best! I'll only be going to this location for now on!

Good is delicious. Great portion. But the service that is something else. Twice I've been here and the service was not ok. Workers giving me attitude. That is unacceptable. You need to have customer service. They really need to work on that.

Macaroni had little to no flavor and my chicken katsu tasted like fish, pretty sure they fry everything in the same old oil. Rice scoops were super small and still had a wet consistency. Cashier kept asking if that was all after everything we ordered which was frustrating.

I'm from AZ and I was very excited to find this place but when I searched the menu it didn't look like the menus we have here... There was nothing with brown sugar or pineapple in it??♀️??♀️ I was expecting some sweet stuff, a bunch of stuff with PINEAPPLES in it and NOT ONE THING!!! I was SOOO mad, I didn't even get anything to eat but my husband did & I tasted it and it was SOO BLAN!! PLAIN WHITE RICE, NOT JASMINE & there was not a ONE pineapple ? I did NOT like it at all but it is because I had a certain expectation of it and it was NOT it!!.....

I highly recommend this branch and the one in San Marcos. Everything has tasted the same or better even after over 17 years that I've had their food. Still the best Chicken Katsu in my humble opinion. This one is pinoy certified lol!
Hold the salt! Im a fan of salt usually cant be too salty for me! My husband got the Loco Moco and i got the pork! Both uneatable had to spit it out! Dissapointed!!

Ono food and awesome service! My husband gets his haircut there in Oceanside we live Pacific Beach thats what brought us to that city today! We stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat my daughter was hungry for chicken katsu! Our cashier was so friendly and patient with us ordering it was getting quite busy (she was the only one up front) with order pick ups and a line forming she still kept her cool, smile and great customer service! After there was no line and everything started to whine down she came to the back of the seating area and everyone including my table and asked if everything is ok and if we needed anything else?! Mahalo to that cashier today I am not sure what her name is Tea? Below is the copy of our receipt with her name on it!

L&L Hawaiian BBQ is one my best favorite to go eat in Cost highway. I like the grilled chicken and also their Seafood Combo. Their customer service are very friendly, and the place very alive and calm. Overall im very Delighted and I am willing to come back and get some more of their Spam Musubi.
