Im not going to act like i have not ready the horrible reviews. I also know how people can take their anger out there because they were "disrespected" as i read one say, but at least for the day that i went, and days before, there is always an effort to engage and make sure i need help, even if in line. Today, a bit different is that i noticed the counterperson wipe up, and ready to take my order! Took me aback, because a sense of urgency is dire im this industry. I politely grabbed my order from the warmer and was still offered peppers or napkins. I declined, but made a point to remember this great interaction as a push to come here more. I hope you guys take care of your good workers!Btw, my order was great as usual

If th3 pizza was still 5-6$ it would be 5 out of 5 stars. Can't charge 10$ for a sub par pizza that used to be $5 literally months ago. Will not come back until they fix price

I’ve never had an issue here til today, dude in the front counter saw me waiting and decided to take someone else’s order who came in after me, when I asked him if there was a line he rudely and sarcastically pointed in front of him as if I wasn’t just standing there ?? yeah do better people.

Didn't receive my order correctly, I called them and they insisted i return even though i told them I was far from their location. They said if I didn't return the same day they wouldn't be able to do anything after that.

For the third time in a row and about the 6th in all, we did not receive the sauces ordered for the bread when delivered. We decided to drive to the store to see why this keeps happening. The boy who first came to the counter was rude and after asking for the manager multiple times, he finally came up. To no surprise, he blamed someone else, the Door Dash driver. He said that they were responsible for asking for sauces. WHY?! The completed And Paid order should be together and ready to go. The manager was very rude and didn't offer any compassion or solution whatsoever. We requested a new pizza and bread be made because it was now 45 min old pizza and looked burned. He refused. Pathetic customer service from pathetic employees. Needless to say we will never go there again!

I only come here to get a cheap meal for a group I go to every few Mondays. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't come at all. I usually order through the app with the hope they occasionally load everything into their "pizza portal." There's been a lot of times they don't add something, and I have to ask for it, defeating the pizza portal. And beware, sometimes they add it to the very bottom and you have to get on your hands and knees to get your order, and when you complain, they say they don't choose which one it goes into.

They don't answer the phone They can't hear anything because the musics is so loud.The excuse they give is that they don't know English...You better learn if you want to work or keep your job

The pizza I ordered was great, but they have changed the way they make the Crazy Bread. It's too dense now and not as long. I am very disappointed. It was my favorite product. N9 longer enjoy eating the C4azy Bread

Extra Most Bestest? Counted 15 pieces of sausage on each half of pizza. Since it's supposed to be double cheese and toppings, that means only 15 pieces of toppings on a regular pizza? What a joke. Not happy about paying extra and not getting what I paid for.
