It was fantastic! The food was the best of any McDonald's we've been to, our server was super sweet & friendly...AND! THEY'RE THE ONLY ONE WITH A PLAY AREA!!! My 7yr old had a BLAST! We will definitely be frequenting this McDonald's from now on!! ??♥️

As long as you have at least 15 minutes to wait for a cheeseburger, then you're good.Food was ok, not very hot for waiting that long though.This location needs to work on their service of expediency. Noticed lots of employees walking around & not doing anything, while 2 ppl did majority of orders.Maybe revisit in a few months to see if there's been any changes.

They close too early and they're hours aren't listed correctly.
Service was terrible. I see the new item (sweet & spicy jam and mambo sauce) so I want to try that. I ordered by kios then my order ready I checked my order it doesn't have any sauce in my bag. I asked for the sauce she said we don't have sauce anymore. I don't upset about the new sauce but staff not tell me when I picked up my order that we out of sauce or ask me about another sauce.!!!!!!

Big kids play structure inside. Large clean lobby with no odor and plenty of seating. As of 9/2023 inside dining closes at 8pm on weekdays and no orders were accepted after that. Drive thru appears to continue to opperate after 8pm. Restrooms available cleanliness are typical of a public space. Ample parking inside the shard plaza space that can accommodate larger RV or SUVs. Self-service fountain drinks but have to ask for condiments and napkins.

Definitely double check your order here. I said my order twice in the drive thru and the lady got it wrong. Even corrected her before I left the speaker. Got to pay, had him double check my order, and it was wrong. Got up to the window where I pick up my food and those were the worst McDonald's fries I've ever had. I don't even think I ever had bad McDonalds fries Eden. They tasted rubbery like they were there for a while.
