A simple restaurant with amazing food. It is very good value for your money. I wish I had found this place sooner.

Always loved this place but HATE the limited hours! Coming from Escondido at 4 pm is never a good idea. Great food and service but hoping for an expansion of hours to make getting there more reasonable.

Small hole in the wall place. Excellent ceviche and soups, as well as chicken. Kids loved sausage and potatoes.

This place was awesome! First time we tried Peruvian food and it was fabulous. We ordered the Aji De Gallina, so very yummy and gluten free, and the carmel crème Brûlée made with dulce de leche. Definitely coming back!

Best Peruvian food in town!!! Very authentic and food cooked to order. My wife is Peruvian so I know how to compare dishes to what it should taste like. You won't be disappointed!

Hello, me again. Came back to this restaurants 4 yrs later and I am STILL not content. Food had no flavor and I ordered a salchipapa (hotdog & French fries) and they were crunchy, over fried & it had no flavor. How can someone mess up such a simple plate? The only people who love this place don't know anything about peruvian cuisine. I'll be back in another 4 yrs to see if maybe this place has changed for the best. Until then, you won't see me again

We were so busy chatting I forgot to take photos. This is a cute little place with lots of seating inside. Service was super friendly and although they don't sell cocktails they do have beer and wine available. All the dishes that we saw looked incredible and we ordered the two recommended by the server. One was a bestseller which was the shredded chicken over potatoes in the parmesan sauce with jasmine rice. The other was the steak with french fries and Peruvian rice. Both were incredible, to and we each got a glass of wine. We will definitely be back!

Since our initial time here the quality of service has declined a bit. While the food continues to be good, customer service and ordering times need improvement. We ordered way ahead, online and the food was still over 30 mins late when we arrived. Staff hadn't even prepared our order when we arrived at pickup time and had to search for the order. I would recommend for Peruvian food close to it's authentic roots, but would reconsider based on time and customer service.

Not worth the wait and will never get my business again. The quality of the food was subpar. Not exactly sure that they prepare the food on a first come first serve basis. We sat down, and people walked in 30 minutes after us placed an order to go and left long before we were even served. Took over 35 minutes to get an appetizer to the table which ended up being over cooked yuca and a poorly made ceviche appetizer that had the fish covered in a layer of salt or Ajinomoto, not 100% which of the two but it was not made correctly or edible for that matter. Closer to the 45 minute mark had passed without any check ins from the server and after many attempts to get someone’s attention I finally got 3 kids meals to the table (2X salchipapa and chicken with fries) and two adult plates. At this time I let them know they forgot a grilled cheese kids meal and they proceeded to tell me that it’s just taking a while because they are busy and so the wait continued. After the hour mark of having placed our order a kids grilled cheese finally made its way to our table. Everyone of the servers made us feel unwelcome for having asked what the status of this grilled cheese was. In addition when I paid no one apologized for the poor service or inconvenience or anything. They just made me feel like it was my fault for going there and didn’t even say have a nice day!or anything just left me with silence. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had and panca will never again have my business.

Great food. Exchanged rice for salad, which was also great. Highly recommended. Great service too.

Clean and nice inside. Food was average not as many options as I expected. Soda machine wasn't working.

Ordered for takeout, food was done in ten minutes. Lomo saltado meat was well marinated, portioned just ok, a little small. Aji de gallina (creamy chicken dish), first time I've tried it, but it lacked flavor, like some seasonings were missing. The yuca fritas had a bit of rubbery texture, just ok, needed salt. The dipping sauce with yuca had no flavor and consistency is like cheese whiz. I had to make my own garlic sauce at home to enjoy the yuca. Sorry, just not a great food experience for the price, did not taste authentic in my opinion.

Got take out here for dinner after visiting the flower fields. Placed pickup order online through their website. It was pretty simple and pickup wasn't an issue at all. The hardest part was parking a weekend during dinner hours. We got several entrees and their ceviche plus a side salad to eat family style--- the ceviche blew me away. The flavors all came together in a bite and *chef's kiss* If you like ceviches, you'll definitely want to try this. It's diff than other ceviches I've had. I'll need to get my own the next time I'm back. No sharing next time lol!!! Every entree was hearty and comfort type of food. They were prepared well with a lot of flavor. This was my first time eating from here and it will become a favorite place to stop on the way to and from San Diego. Plus you're not far from the ocean/beach-- so grab to go and eat by the beach/downtown Oceanside!

I love that this family brought Peruvian cuisine to Oceanside and I am so thankful for that. I only wish they had more options! Arroz chaufa specifically. Also the green sauce that is made from Chile and crackers. But this is a great place to eat! I always get ají de gallina and ceviche pescado, i bring my family when they visit and they crave it until they visit again and beg to go. Thank you Panca!

The flavors here are out of this world. I had been wanting to check this place out forever and OMG it exceeded my high expectations by miles. My favorite place to eat now. First time trying Papa Rellena and holy moly these potato balls are so good. I have been here twice this week. Ha.
