Hate dealing with ignore young , lazy, immature young adults. Came here around 8pm on a Wednesday evening ordered two kids meals on the same ticket and a second order on a separate ticket. Anyways the orders were all simple nothing difficult I end up speaking to three different teenagers. Repeated the order over more than 5 times. And managers are always there with staff so a manger should have stepped in and ask the employees what's the matter. I'm not sure if the teens didn't understand because of myascent I'm from Tennessee, but none of that matters because I understood every single Spanish kid that talk to me through the speaker. To me it seems like the kids had an attitude and didn't want to make sure I had everything I needed. I'm not difficult I've been a manager for more than a decade in Tennessee in the fast food industry. The kids were rude, impolite, and very dismissive. I asked more than five times politely for condiments. And still get attitudes a few condiments and not enough for three orders. Word of advice this store will run perfectly without about of young folks. All the teens need to be retrained and monitored before you guys loose customers seriously and money. Try hiring adults with experience and patience.

Been a local to this Panda Express for some years. I decided it was time to give many compliments on the service and quality of food coming from this Panda Express.It is the best because it is a rare panda with a Drive Thru and even better because the staff is always so friendly. They recommend fresh made dishes, offer discounts/to sign up for and always pack those trays full! Not to mention, the food is always soooo hot. Props to everyone working at this panda. It’s the only one I go to.

I have bad experiences with this store! My husband and I have eaten here a few times but each time we are not satisfied with the food. I ordered 2 portions of food and got rice. but every time the rice is raw. inedible. and I reheated them with a little water in 5 minutes but still couldn't eat them, I mean they still raw. My husband and I will never come here again. What a very bad restaurant. You should not come to this restaurant to eat

I've been to different Panda Express locations and I'm honestly disappointed. The service was horrible! It was slow and the employees completely ignored me when asking for simple utensils, and condiments. The Food on the other hand was good, I just hope they improve on customer service.

I’m not sure what’s up with the casual Oceanside restaurants, but even the basic fast food is terrible. Fried rice had no veggies in it and was so undercooked I heard crunches as my bf was eating, and the scoops aren’t even full scoops anymore. Paid extra for honey walnut shrimp and they gave me 4 whole shrimp in total. Seems like everyone in OS hates their life and their jobs. In that case, why not let the teenagers who are supposed to be working restaurant jobs work them instead of 25-40 something’s half trying with terrible attitudes.

ANGIE took my order in the drive through and proceeded to give attitude when ordering my food. I had to ask someone else for help. All I have to say is if you hate your job leave it . Totally lost respect for this location. Also on top of that they still messed my order up . I will be speaking directly to management and messaging corporate.

How do you mess up cooking noodles and fried rice? I don't know what has happened, but the quality of the food will leave you feeling insulted. I had to throw away $70 worth of food, because it all had some weird common taste to it. It taste like the cooks were cutting corners. Kung Pao Chicken wasn't balanced in terms of spice as it was overpowering and masking the flavor. I don't expect this to be gourmet, but quality of it was made in the fashion of "Well, I'm not the one who's going to eat it." The Health Department should make a surprise inspection.
