I don't understand how the workers get disorganized with the food orders. The customer has to keep an eye ? on their food, or it can easily be lost. Mine was just sitting there, and food was passing mine. My teriyaki chicken was almost taken away. The customer was honest and said it wasn't his. There was no apology for making a mistake. Panda, please do better.

Their food service changes from customer to customer they will give you food according to if they like you or not everyone pays that same expensive plate but they all get a different food amount so wrong I hardly come to this place it will be another 9 months before I'll come back expansive lousy place

I just want to say what an amazing team has in this location. Brenda Aleena Stephanie Colin and there 2 others which ,I don't remember there name so I'll update, They are always so nice and I keep coming back for the great hospitality! Food is always hot and ready and the culinary team is on top to give the best. It's such a great vibe coming in and I will continue to come here cause of the team they have!! Thank you!!
Cindia did a horrible job being a store manager. I had panda express app points she refused to give me . Trying to be rational but the same attitude I received at the mission store in oceanside. I walked out of this establishment becomes of her combative behavior. I'm going to also speak to corporate about this location . Never had issues before and specifically came to this location to avoid attitude and was baffled by the disrespect.
