Great staff, very clean store, can get pretty busy at times, so choose your lunch break wisely and plan ahead, or just order ahead online and skip the line! I see some complaints of slow wait times and portion sizes, but these things can be easily overcome by forward thinking people, like ordering online, or speaking with an employee about your portions before you eat or depart. Still a problem cause you’re at home? Take a photo, keep the receipt, and they are more than happy to fix the problem! Most people are quick to bash places due to a one off visit, but this place is actually much better than a few of the others in the area, and not as crazy busy. I’ve been to this location about 15-20 times over the last year and I’ve only had one issue with portions, and it was easily rectified when I brought it up. Plus the food is always fresh when it’s busy.

There is nothing express about this Panda Express as the staff is more concerned about fulfilling the mobile orders over the line of people out the door. It took my wife 30 minutes from the time she walked in the door to the time she walked out the door tonight. Thank you Panda Express for allowing me enough time to go to Chipotle, wait in line, place my order, walk back to your establishment, sit down, eat a burrito along with chips and quac, and then wait a few minutes for my wife to stand at the register while a worker ignores her to fill several more mobile orders. Your priorities need to change.

Literally found a panda in the bathroom and had to fight ended up with bamboo in my trunks i’m still shaking in my boots to this day to this day, plus i exploded because of the fire orange chicken i ate that day. Overall pretty good bad definitely do not do do recommend.

One star because the walnuts in the shrimp were yummy. The mushrooms were tasty too. The rest... rice flavorless. The noodles, flavorless. Family of four and we all agree. Never again. The portions were a 1/4 of what you get elsewhere. What happened with panda? Ragoons were a soggy mess.

My experince this evening reminded me why!Don't cheat me on the portions & then cop an attitude when I check you on it! Although I had a convo with BOTH mgrs letting them know this was UNACCEPTIBLE, I left feeling like that exercise was nothing more than a waste of MY time!Definitely won't come back to THIS PE!Service @ the one on Mission & Douglas is MUCH better!This location really NEEDs some refresher customer svc training!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. This place is so disappointing with portion size and customer service. I came here about 4:30 and I was the first one there and last one to leave. There were about 8 people working and the one working the register seemed so lost and wouldn't ask for help. I ordered orange chicken, white rice and chow mein for one order (an order I always get no letter what location). The other order was chow mein, mushroom chicken and black pepper steak, the server asked if I wanted to wait a minute for fresh steak I said yes. While the cashier checked me out I asked to check my order and saw they forgot my chicken. They fixed that after I pointed it out and continued to wait for the steak for another 10 minutes. Also at checkout I asked if it was okay to pay for each separately as one was for my friend and it was not busy. I was told yes but he still charged them together as one order. When I finally got to open my meal this is what I saw and I will never go back there again. Absolutely terrible service!
Line to order was not that bad. Food was good and fresh. Parkin was even easy to park.

This is the worst panda I have ever been to. ALWAYS get half servings of everything. Such a waste of time and money

We got 1/2 chow mein noodles & 1/2 rice. The noodles were so cold we had to pop in the microwave. Then they tasted old & hard. Now to the 2 shrimp dishes - the "firey shrimp had no fire - it was plane & boring. The honey walnut shrimp was also old. The dough was falling off the shrimp & I found NO walnuts at all. The last was the standby orange chicken. (The angus item was still 8 minutes wait) Orange chicken was quite chewy & we were just not impressed at all.
