Does this place do curbside or not lol? It says they offer it but it’s never set out. Would be so convenient considering it’s a bad location. Drinks are always good though.

They get my order wrong about 80% of the time, and sometimes don't even make it/forget about my order because they get flustered with the online orders which seem to take priority. They don't seem to care much when mistakes are made, no apology, nothing. I stupidly waited there for 20 minutes this morning for them to make one drink. I didn't want to be rude and ask because they were clearly busy. I finally had to go, and did ask and they forgot about my order. The woman made it haphazardly and made it incorrectly. If you're going to charge an arm and a leg for a cup of coffee, at least provide some service behind it. Will not be returning to this location.

Close to my home, I can ride my bicycle there and be there in a couple of minutes. Service is good. Whenever I go, it's never crowded, which I like. Parking is tight when I do drive, so I will park past Albertos, where there are more open parking spots.

Went in to get some after dinner sweets. Everything was yummy.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces and quite a few handicapped parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are big enough to allow a wheelchair through. The space around the counter is also big enough for a wheelchair to maneuver without running into anyone standing in line waiting to order or waiting near the end of the counter to pick up.

I want to make mention of a less than professional service I had at your store on Monday 2/13/23. I purchased a drink and specifically requested no ice (as always braces). My drink was made with ice and had to be remade twice. I am a full time teacher with a 30 minute lunch break. I was patient and even left a tip. I even suggested instead of wasting the drink for it to be strained of the ice and lemonade added. The barista (Adrian) insisted on remaking the drink both times. As I was leaving I noticed the drink with ice still sitting in the counter. I asked the burista if I could get the drink with ice for my co teacher. I even offered to pay for it. Adrian told me "no he was going to drink it" and to have a good day in a rude manner. I was willing to pay for the drink. I am a hard working customer who can pay for what I need and even left a tip. Was my drink done wrong twice on purpose so Adrian could "drink it" as he bragged?
