I'm not sure if this is an issue with the target app or them. But 3 times now I have ordered a hot drink and it comes out iced. They are always quick to fix it though and they are supernice. Today though they fixed my drink. And when I got home and opened the lid it was only half way full. I was pretty disappointed. I paid for a grande but the cup was only half full.

I went to grab coffee today and immediately the barista stated they would not make refreshers and fraps. I was bummed but I decided to get two hazelnut lattes, half caffeinated, half sweet, and a white chocolate mocha with whip cream. I received the first drinks and then received the mocha. But the mocha came without whip so I kindly asked if I could get whip on top. The barista grabbed the drink without saying a word, clearly annoyed but did put the whip on top. I felt bad because they were busy and clearly understaffed so I apologized but you could tell he was clearly upset with me by his lack of response. I asked for whip with my initial order and I know that for a fact because I read the order out to him from my text messages because it was for my cousin who was not with me. Once I received all my drinks I went to my car and took a sip of my hazelnut latte. I kid you not it was the most awful coffee I've ever had in my life. Tasted like burnt, salty, watered down drip coffee that had been in the pot for 24 hours and you could tell there was absolutely no hazelnut syrup whatsoever! And not only was it awful tasting but they made the coffees decaffeinated! I had felt like I was an annoyance in the shop so I felt too uncomfortable to go back and see about getting it changed, I didn't feel like I could get my drink fixed without a fuss and there were a lot of people in line and I didn't want to add to the stress of the baristas. I spent a lot of money on these coffees for me and my family members and I'm really disappointed with the service and quality of the drinks. I'm on a budget and this was a treat for me so this is super disappointing. Save your money and support a small business that will appreciate you, your opinion, and have your best interest!

Whenever it's shopping time at Target, it's a great time for Starbucks. I've been to other Target/Starbucks locations and it's been great! However, this location is AWFUL!The baristas (want to be baristas) are so busy being on their phones, and killing time that when a customer approaches the counter, you could feel the "bothering them" attitude. There's no good morning, good afternoon greetings. They take your order and pretty much that's it. Close to zero customer service. It pains them to smile and gave conversation with their customers. They're lucky to even get one star.

I thought they were closed when we arrived. But they were just cleaning up the station. This location is inside the Target. We had a special order and were accommodating and friendly. The drinks came out as ordered.

I was shopping at this Target Store today and I decided to stop by this Starbucks Coffee Kiosk. It wasn't very busy I only saw 3 customers waiting to order from Joven the barista working at this Starbuck's Coffee location. Jovan the barista started preparing and making my Expresso Coffee Order. There were approximately 4 customers who were waiting in line to place their orders with Jovan. I ordered one quantity of the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Expresso in the decaffeinated blend Coffee. I requested the Vente (24 ounce) large size cup. The price is $6.05. These ingredients included: (Oatmilk, 6 pumps of the Brown Sugar Syrup, Cinnamon Powder, Tea, Ice and Sweeteners, 4 shots of Blonde Expresso and ice). This order was for a take out order since I had finished doing my shopping at this Target Store and I was heading home today. When I got home I place this one quantity of the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Expresso in the decaffeinated blend Coffee into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to keep it colder. Then I took out this Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Expresso Decaffeinated blend Coffee out of my refrigerator and I started to drink it. This Iced Expresso Coffee has a lightly sweetened Brown Sugar and Oatmilk Expresso flavor to it. It's not very sweet but still have a good taste to this iced coffee. Joven gave me excellent customer service today. I asked Jovan if he knows about this review website called Yelp.com? Jovan said yes and he frequently uses Yelp.com to look up restaurants and other business places to compare prices and read users reviews in order for him to make a good decision on where is the best places to eat out at or do his shopping at. I will order from this Starbuck's Coffee stand again in the future. I also noticed this Starbuck's Coffee Stand location has added more iced coffee flavors and also more of their herbal and blended flavored teas are very popular in this winter season.

I dont usually leave bad reviews but I just had a rude encounter with a barista the other day. I waited in line and asked for just a cup of ice for my iced coffee that i already paid for and gotten but just wanted more ice. So i wait in line and then wait for my cup of ice because i thought it would be something they can just quickly grab and give to me. But then i noticed they were making all of the drinks and it was taking a long time, so I kindly ask the barista if i could just get some ice and he says to me "Its in line" meaning that i have to wait for all of the other drinks to be made before i could just get my cup of ice?? I found that extremely rude and odd and just left without the ice.

If you want a cold brew ready in 30 minutes after ordering. Go here. RIDICULOUS. Guy literally stood there waiting for an espresso shot to fill up.

Bro the employees here literally have no idea what they're doing. they didn't know how to use my rewards points for a croissant. then tried to tell me i was only allowed to use 100 points or more.... WTF? and on top of that they tried to charge me for the croissant after i said i didn't want it anymore. literally so d**** I wonder what the hiring process is. the drink was nasty too probably on purpose cause i gave attitude

I went in here tonight. About 845. ( I know late but still before closing.) Wanting to get a simple ice green tea. When we walked up to wait for our order there was a young guy behind the counter an the underage girl he was serving stood at the counter for atleast 10 minutes as they flirted loudly and didn't make an effort to make drinks or serve anyone else, let alone greet. We kept waiting. When we were then told, "I close before ill get to make your drinks so I can't serve you" now I was mad because we were here with enough time for a simple tea and because this guy trying to get with some girl he refused refused help us. I told him that we were there with plenty of time and if he didn't waste so much time flirting trying to get with some girl he could have helped the customers that were there prior to closing time. A manager was called and I voiced this. He then proceeded to say how he now could make our drinks we never said what we wanted. Mind you he never even bothered to ask, only try to send us away. To which the manager turned I said green tea and he jump to oh were out of green tea. So we just left as honestly I think that was a lie as he basically smirked.. it is what it is. But previously we have come to this location everytime were at target. Will definitely wait the 5 minutes qt the light to go across the street now as this was the worst experience ever.

Rude service from the girl preparing the drinks, plus the drink was made poorly. The girl didn't bother to steam the cafe americano to the correct temperature and it was not hot. It wasn't even busy. She needs to go back to Starbucks training class. At least they had two workers and the person handling money was not touching the drinks. I paid 5 bucks for this drink, it should be prepared correctly.
