I've been to this Starbucks many of time but have never felt the need to give a Yelp. Well today changed my mind. Was there around 8:30 am and ordered a dragon fruit tea. Just for the record, I can NEVER remember the right name. Anyways, gave the girl at the register my order. Or so I tried. Now the reason for my Yelp is because of the other girl working there. I have been in customer service all my life and love it. I also like to acknowledge and share the great customer service experiences I come across or I am given. I have been to a Starbucks maybe 3 times total. I know REALLY!!! Yes really. I’m 65 and can count on 1 hand the number of times I’ve been to Starbucks. I have been to this Starbucks a handful of times now and overall the service is always really great and they make the drinks fast! It is so convenient that the location is in the grocery store. I have had a few drinks that have tasted a little burnt from here, and other times they taste great! So I hesitate to come back because I am not sure what I am going to get.
