This Taco Bell gave me the best customer service and delicious food today. I want to thank the young man working the drive-thru during the lunch hour about 12pm. He was kind to help me with my Taco Bell App. I definitely will come again for lunch. Keep up the outstanding work. It's appreciated ??.

Went to drive through to be greeted with no response at order speaker, decided to continue forward assuming orders were being taken at the window. Once I arrived at the window I was met with “Chris” the employee at the window and informed him of the situation, in which his response was to close the window and then return to me in 5 minutes and tell me “you didn’t order?” I responded “no” and re explained the situation, he gave me a blank stare and shook his head. I asked if he would like me to go back around and order and again was met with a blank stare and no response. Horrible service!!

They are slow and you can’t use the restroom without them punching in a code for you. They literally come from around the food service area and touch the dirty keypad and then return to preparing food yuck! Will not go back and will call the health

Drive thru - through ask for a crispy taco supreme. When I got home, my poor little sad taco had some meat and lettuce and somebody almost squirted some sour cream in the corner and that was it, except it was also cold. It had no cheese, no tomatoes no onion - you know the things you pay $1+ extra.The good news is they keep their phone on a recording that doesn't allow you to leave a message and they never answer. Don't drive through, drive on by.

If I could give you guys a negative star I would my food was sitting over an hour . Uber was late but you still served it to me anyway tacos are soggy burritos were cold shame on you. What happened to customer service?

I ordered a delivery order from here and did not receive my whole order. I don't know if it's the restaurant fault or the delivery person. I have contacted them twice to get a refund for the missing item and no response. I always ordered from this location because it's better than the closer one but this is it. If I ever order Taco Bell again it will definitely not be from here because I don't like to pay for things I don't receive.

Would give it 3.5 starts if I could. My most recent order here was an online order. Got in and waited a bit. Service was a bit slow. I have a feeling that the drive-thru was a priority to them, considering I was the only in store customer there when I walked in. Will go again, only once in a while.
