Tap That is an awesome family owned local bar with great events and people. The beers are very affordable and come in all different sizes, including flights on draft. There are a variety of different beers and wine bottles from various locations in the fridge as well if you want to try something not local or unique. They do have snacks and pizza, but come for Mario's taco night, the authentic street tacos are great! There is usually some sort of special discount (be it happy hour or beer and pizza, or taco night, etc.), and there is always an event like trivia, karaoke, live bands and music, or dance party socials. Come hang where the locals hang and be welcomed by this cozy, tucked away gem in Oceanside.Vegetarian options: They have a cauliflower crust veggie pizza, and Mario's tacos has a great vegetarian zucchini taco (Gluten free corn tortillas)!Parking: Small, free parking lot with a descent amount of spots, plus lots of street parking. Parking is not an issue.

Such a down to earth chill spot with the best beer selection in north county. The owners are great and strike up a conversation and remember you when you return. Definitely will be my go to beer and wine spot!
Rented a kegerator for my husbands birthday party and their team was great! Travis answered all of my questions and always got back to me via email pretty quick. They were able to provide everything including delivery and pick up. We had 1 issue with one of the taps not working however Travis answered my call right away and walked me through what could be wrong and how to fix (the line got a little to cold on the cider keg so super easy fix). Within 5 mins it was fixed and ready to party. Would absolutely rent from them again.

Have been coming here for three years. LOVE everything about this tap room. My husband and I love to drink the bourbon barrel aged beer. Travis always is considerate of that and never disappoints! Nicci, a beer tender is epic! Her personality is off the charts! Love that! Keep up the great work all!

It's pretty unimpressive. I've been here a handful of times with friends for NYE parties and other themed nights and it doesn't matter how many times I've been here, I always accidentally walk into the shop right next door. That's how memorable they are. It's kinda grody ngl. All the tables and the counter are sticky, like uncomfortably sticky no matter how many times you wipe it down. The beer they got is okay, they have wine too and it's on the same level as the beer. Tbh it's the owners for me during the height of the pandemic, when everyone was supposed to be closed, they were still open and serving. If it was just to pay the bills I'd get it but they also have never enforced the mask rule. I went in once with a mask and other ppl at the bar were lowkey judgey to my face about it. Saying things like "oh are you afraid of the air?" "You think that's gonna protect you?" "If you have to take it off to drink why wear it at all" If I'm going to wear a mask, it literally has nothing to do with you. So don't get in my face because you think what I'm wearing is stupid. It's my choice not yours. Ugh I'm getting so angry just thinking back on it.And I personally don't want to give my business to a place that is okay with their regulars being jerks to non regular customers.Oh and yeah, it looks like a lot of their 5 stars are written by their friends, just an FYI
