I placed my online order on the Door Dash App yesterday on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 7 p.m.I ordered one Giddy Up Melt Burger Combo it includes Wavy Cut French Fries, and I chose one regular size Sprite Soft Drink. I ordered the one Giddy Up Melt Ground Beef Burger Combo it includes a side order of wavy cut French Fries and a soft drink of my choice. I chose the regular size Sprite Soft Drink. DO NOT ORDER OR EAT FOOD! I ordered through grub hub and it said my order would take 30-40 min okay no problem. It took my order 1.5 hours to be delivered and when I received it it was cold. The yolk was soaked into the bread it was a complete mess, the fries were mush and unsalted and my orange juice was warm. Never eating from here again. I paid $20 for it and I wish I could get a full refund for how bad it was. i'm
