I was really excited to try this plant based restaurant. I had been disappointed at the Carlsbad Plot, but I have several friends tell me that this Plot was a whole different thing. ANd it was. We brought our own champagne, our server was very gracious. The food was excellent from the amuse-bouche through amazing starters (cheezy truffle fries and roasted cauliflower through the mains - I had the risotto - while there was a lot of food, it was absolutely excellent and even though its a fair drive, I will be back.

Great vegan food! I reccomend plates with chorizo if you like more savory strong flavours. Elsewise food is more soft and calm flavored, which some people could feel not tasteful enough. I loved the desserts and the loaded fries. I cant wait to go and keep trying stuff!

I have eaten at The Plot Express so I had a feeling this place would not disappoint and I was right. From the charred broccolini to my egg plants and salad. The flavors were definitely worth the wait. I think The Plot will become one of my go to spots after surfing once I am back in the ocean.

Never know what to say on these reviews but let's keep to the basics. Food was fantastic. Service was wonderful the overall vibe of the place great. If you or your loved one happens to be a vegan, it's a wonderful place to spend in the evening sharing a meal. Every time we come here, my fiancé loves to walk the garden and see all the fresh food that they put into their meals growing right outside.

By far the best plant based food I have ever had. I went back for the second time the same day! That’s how amazed I was at the food. They have two different menus, one for brunch and the second one for dinner. Let me just tell you what we got for brunch: rishi tea latte (not dirty) this was a 7/10. Husband had a mimosa 9/10. I had the chilaquiles and omg it was amazing 10/10. I’m Mexican so I like with egg but trust me this was so good without it. I don’t know what spices they put in here but they are out of this world. Husband had the breakfast sando and it came with potato salad. Sando 9/10. Potato salad 5/10. He also got sausage and biscuits and OH MY GOD. IT WAS DELICIOUS. 1000/10. And to end on a good note we got the plot cake 10/10. We left there with a belly full and we smiled the whole time while eating and that never happens. So we went back for the dinner portion. We started off with the cauliflower and it was so good. 9/10. Would have been a 10/10 but we just had too much stems (white part). I had the Okinawan gnocchi. Gnocchi was fluffy and sauce was good. I liked it. 8/10. I was still kind of full from the morning honestly. Husband had the meatless loaf. He always makes the best decisions when it comes to picking out food. It was delicious. 9/10. I will be coming back for more. This is such an amazing place and the staff is so nice, and amazing vibes.. I am still in shock even though it’s been 3 days
As a none vegan I found the dishes to be very creative, tasty, and more savory and satisfying than I expected. Generally the food was great (irrespective of vegan/non-vegan). The desserts were not a hit at the table, I would for sure go back (regularly) and just skip the desserts.

We really enjoyed our experience at the Plot! To start, service was above and beyond incredible. Our server was attentive and considerate and customized her recommendations (and the free welcome dish) to my gluten free needs. The cauliflower appetizer was really flavorful without being over powering. It was my favorite dish! My husband got the gnocchi and I got the risotto. Both were very flavorful and the portions were HUGE! It was so nice to be able to sit down and enjoy a healthy, vegan dinner in a beautiful setting!

we loved this place so much, we're going back this evening. we had one hors d'oeurve, the roasted cauliflower, and two specials: the lion's mane calamari and the charred sweet potato. we highly recommend all three. the sauces blew our minds - so light and flavorul and distinctive. we can not get over the degree of skill and creativity coming out of that kitchen. our server luna: knowledgeable, gracious, helpful and so delightfully infectious with her joie de vivre. she even took the time to show us the garden. this was such a stellar dining experience - the plot is our all time favorite restaurant. definitely worth another trek from our home in southern utah.
Just amazing, the taste was incredible for 3 carrot tacos. Keep up the good work! We will certainly be back for dinner very soon. I really can't get over how tasty my lunch was!
