We just discovered Tumeric Hut when we overhead someone saying they ate the the best Indian food there, and they weren't wrong! Wonderful family business and the food is delicious! We have tried several dishes and they are all fantastic and as others have mentioned, the fresh naan is perfection. We love supporting a small, family business and it is easy to do when it is this good.

This is the best Indian food in Oceanside!I love the extensive menu with some items that you don’t often see on other menus.The weekend buffet is a great way to try a bunch of items for $20.99!The owner visited our table and she was quite pleasant and engaging while ensuring that we were satisfied.I drive right past a much closer “hut“ to go to Turmeric Hut every time.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options!I always get veggie samosas with whatever main dish I’m eating or sharing.The daal, rice and saag aloo dishes are all wonderful.

We’ve always ordered her via DoorDash, but this was our first time dining in. Great food as usual, and it was even better fresh!
We loved everything about this place! This is a small, unassuming place, a little ma-&-pa place making things as authentic as it gets!!We enjoyed masala chai, turmeric milk, cheese naan, garlic naan, turmeric naan, daal makhani, zucchini curry, paneer masala, turmeric rice… we polished off this dinner with coconut ladoos and gulab jamun. The food is fresh, prepared after ordered. We can’t wait to come back here super soon! Came in on a Friday evening with 2 adults and a toddler. The couple working was extremely nice and accommodating :) The food was extremely good, and portions are larger than they seem. Eating in has a nice atmosphere and the prices are reasonable.

I'm so glad that I tried this restaurant. Not only do you find yourself with some of the best Indian food around, you'll feel at home when you taste it. It's SO good! I got to become friends with the owner who is so passionate and kind. I tried every dessert...of course, the korma, the curry, the spinach paneer, i can go on...don't forget a mango lassi :)
I have not been able to stop thinking about this place! I had been craving Indian food for so long and finally got to try Tumeric Hut. My friend and I couldn’t believe how flavorful, colorful, and satisfying our meals were. Everything was delicious and we even fought over who got to take the leftovers home. If you’re looking for something to hit the spot, warm you up, expand your pallet, or you’re just hungry- THIS is the place to go! I will be coming back here and making this a regular go-to of mine ❤️

Absolutely wonderful food!!!! The spices are incredible. The left row is all chicken dishes. The veggie (daal) dish has lentils and spinach in it. Every time I'm in Oceanside I come here and it never disappoints.
