Constantly getting orders wrong and no apologies or admission of mistakes! Severe attitudes in drive thru. They act like the customers don't pay for their jobs. Strong disservice for good customers. Not sure why this can't be addressed but in due time it will be discovered. Be careful at this location. There's no respect or courtesy! The public deserves much better! Ungrateful staff starts with the manager that leads the circus.

Adeline the mgr called me back within 15 minutes of posting my negative review on their website and quickly refunded my $8 burger. She thoroughly explained how it was my fault on the app by adding the reward item on the same order in which i had already added the $2 promo double burger. which caused the unwanted price change. Then she calmly and patiently walked me through the proper way to do it. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The drive thru cashiers are not friendly at all, they talk so fast that you don't understand them, you go to the window and they don't even greet you, they just hold out their hand for you to pay, then they give you the food and they never turn to see you to say thank you, have a good day, nothing.??

Seems like no matter where you go the younger people don’t have any I don’t know what to call it for lack of a better word they don’t know how to be nice they don’t wanna be friendly when you’re spending your money how do you places they all look at you like what do you want like quit bugging me trying to text. This is the 4th time we’ve EVER gone to Wendy’s, and the 4th time our order was messed up, or items are missing. We’ve been kind. Food is way too expensive to pay for it and not receive it. Then no one answers their phones when you try to get a hold of them. We left the parking lot checking if we had received our chili, which they forgot the previous time, to get home and find we didn’t receive 2/4 burgers. Honestly fed up with the area and the service. We don’t recommend eating here unless you’re prepared not to receive your stuff. Do better.
Fries weren't as fresh as they could have been. Restaurant was clean and restrooms were reasonably well kept.
