“My first “fast food” review but it’s worth it because this Taco Bell has been all-around wonderful. We’re from Ventura and we’ve driven up to this location for multiple reasons:1. Customizable orders! (Aka items that are no longer on the menu but they will make them for you!)2. It’s never been too packed. Just a couple people rotating in or out.3. It really is in a beautiful location with the mountainside4. When I walked into the restroom, it was clean and smelled of fresh bleach (but *not* overwhelming; it was more reassuring like it had just been cleaned.) Definitely 5 stars!“
“Stopped by to get a couple sandwiches today on way through Ojai to take a walk in the mountains. The place was swamped with customers and the two young men were doing their best to keep up, and really putting effort into it. Found out they were two employees short today. The effort they made under stress was very impressive, and had a couple terrific sandwiches that were right as ordered, and though the line was understandably a little slow, all the customers behaved, showed patience and maintained distance. Well done to your staff today.“
“Had clam chowder and swordfish. Excellent. and even though it was busy, service was super fast. Almost too fast. Maybe because I was sitting by the servers station. Too bad they don't have a patio, but has a great view through the window“
“I ordered all my food at the kiosk and it was made correctly. Got a second order for dessert at the counter which the manager made with the right amount of ice cream and toppings unlike many other restaurants . Even got a free medium fry with the app. Those fries were some of the hottest and freshest fries I have ever had! The workers were friendly and seemed like they enjoyed being there. I'm only taking off 1 star for the bathroom but hey, no McDonald's is perfect right? It's nice to have such a decent McDonald's 5 minutes from my house. Thank you, McDonald's ! They also have a small play place indoors +double cheeseburger +mchicken +medium fry+6 piece nugget happy meal+peanut butter crunch McFlurry +m&m mcflurry“
