My kid had a 1 hour lunch break during her all day ski lesson, and after narrowing down the choices we settled on this one with 45 minutes. We were seated immediately and upon sitting, ordered her mac and cheese + chicken tenders. It came out speedily, she liked the spiral noodles and white cheddar sauce, as well as the 3 hefty pieces of chicken tenders (peppery thick coating, white meat). Husband and I split a fish and chips, pretty fried and thick cut fries (more like potato wedges rather than steak fries) with what tasted like curly fries breading. It was a bit too fried for us but good nonetheless.

We come here almost every time we come to Palisades Tahoe. We like that there are vegan options , but we miss the tofu tacos. Last night the restaurant was having a bit of trouble as the kitchen was apparently backed up since we were there at a busy time. Our food came out at random times, some items brought to the table were incorrect. The child's meal was the last to arrive which made for an uncomfortable situation and a few tears. One complaint is that our bill was not itemized. Because of that it was impossible to know if the menu item we never received was removed from the bill. All restaurant bills should list the drinks and food purchased.

Visited this bar recently and was thoroughly impressed. The water was refreshingly ice cold, the beers were perfectly chilled, and the fish sandwich was delightful. The staff were exceptional, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, was notably high, maintaining a comfortable environment. Although the atmosphere was lively and bustling, akin to a traditional pub, it contributed positively to the ambiance. The pricing was reasonable and in line with what you'd expect from similar establishments in the area. It's an excellent spot to unwind after a day out skiing, offering a cozy setting to relax and recap the day's adventures.

I always visit The Auld Dubliner during my time in the area, and it has quickly become a must-stop spot for me. The atmosphere is vibrant and lively, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some great food and drinks. Speaking of food, I have never been disappointed with their offerings. The quality is consistently good, and they have a variety of options to choose from. While it's true that the prices can be on the higher side, the experience and taste definitely justify it. The drinks menu is extensive, and there's always something new to try. Whether you're in the mood for a classic pint or something more adventurous, they have you covered. Plus, the staff is friendly and always willing to make recommendations or chat about the latest specials. One of the things I love most about The Auld Dubliner is that there's always something happening. From trivia nights to raffles for prizes, there's never a dull moment. It adds an extra layer of fun to the already fantastic experience. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by The Auld Dubliner if you're in the area. You'll be greeted with a fun vibe, delicious food, and excellent service. It's definitely worth it!

Way too loud in here. My husband had to give our name to the hostess 3 times before she heard him. I couldn’t hear a word my husband said at our table. We got our food to go.

Only come here to drink. The food will make you sick. If you are looking to purge your body of all nutrients and water have their shepherds pie. Kitchen is probably due for a good cleaning.

The menu claims their wings win awards annually, but the buffalo wings are rather difficult to enjoy.Bartenders are spot on and crowd is lively, just never believe management or menus these days, it's all ultra low grade Sysco frozen food truck food anyway.

A nice Irish-American pub. If you like corned beef, not really an Irish thing, you'll happily find it on the menu. The boxties are my favorite -- large potato pancakes, filled and folded with interesting options. Their tater tots are always a sure bet.

Like many of the restaurants in the Palisades Village, the Dubliner is just alright. That being said, when you are absolutely famished after an entire day of skiing/snowboarding, anything will taste good. For our first time here, we went a little overboard and ordered the shepherd's pie, corned beef reuben with tater tots, and the artichoke hearts. Most of the dishes were standard Irish pub fare with my favorite being the roasted veggies that came with the Shepherd's pie. There was also very little mashed potatoes with the pie which was disappointing given the nearly $30 price point. Come here for a pint with some friends but maybe skip out on the food.
