Date of Visit: 4/20/2024 We visited the Six Peaks Grille for dinner during our stay at the Everline Resort & Spa. We went to Alpine Meadows on the day, and after relaxing at the pool area, we changed and came to the Six Peaks Grille. We were sat by the window, with the view of the pool area, mountain and the valley. All the dishes and wine and cocktail options are made with distinct local ingredients. The server was nice too! Explained in detail about the menu and offered a few recommendations. Palisades Punch $16 I ordered the cocktail to pair with my dinner. Palisades Punch was made from Grey Whale Gin, muddled blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Very refreshing with the taste of berries and lemon. Highly recommended! 2018 Willa Kenzie Estate Pinot Noir $20 Husband got the Pinot Noir from Williamatte Valley The glass has complex aroma with notes of black cherry, cranberry sauce, and orange peel. Supple tannin and a long finish. Pan Seared Diver Scallops $46 I ordered the pan seared diver scallops with three huge scallops on top of corn risotto, artichoke and chili vinaigrette on the side. 28 Day Dry Aged Ribeye 14oz $66 Husband got the dry aged ribeye. Medium was a little overcooked. There four sauces to choose from, husband got the Garlic Confit Butter that paired well with the steak. Seasonal Foraged Mushroom $12 On the side we got the foraged mushroom. Mushroom were salty but chewy! Chocolate Lava "S'more" Cake $14 Highly recommend the S'more cake dessert! On top of the vanilla ice cream there were sprinkle of graham cracker. On the side there was a chocolate lava cake, and toasted marshmallow. All ingredients of the S'more were on the plate, with a nice twist and good presentation.

High end bar and grill. The food selection is slightly on the limited side. With only a handful of appetizers, a handful of entrees and some sides to choice from, along with some special of the day.All the food is delicious and quality is top notch. The server, William is kind, attentive and friendly.

The restaurant specializes in steaks but gave us medium well steak when we asked for medium rare. The steak was basically cold when it got to the table (even though the plate is hot). Scallops also tasted like dried fish… appetizers were

The 5 of us found the both the cocktail and food menues interesting and appealing. We brought our own wine and the sommelier joined us for a glass. Our waiter was excellent and the setting was lovely. A perfect way to celebrate a 70th birthday!

Went in a few months ago and it was okay. Came back and it was amazing. The server was wonderful and said they had a new chef. Wow can you taste the difference!!! Cheers to the new chef!

We had a wonderful time. We ordered the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. My husband loved his mushroom gnocchi. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Best restaurant in the area. We only had the opportunity to have the fixed price valentines menu which was very good. Nice ambiance and live music. Our waiter was great. Will definitely eat there again another time.

Wonderful dinner! I almost didn't book this because of all the negative reviews but went for it. The wait staff was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious. My two teenage sons thoroughly enjoyed their steaks and lobster Mac and cheese. It is expensive but no more so than any other steak house. Also we had a wonderful view. Altogether a lovely experience and we would go back again.

The food was great. The service was great and knowledgeable. I told the server about food that I couldn't have and he made sure that the items that I was ordering was not food that I was allergic too. The view and atmosphere was very nice as well.

I ate here twice for dinner, once on a Wednesday night and the other on a Friday night. Wednesday evening we had an 8:30 reservation and when we sat down, the waitress informed us that the kitchen would be closing at 9pm. Very odd considering they also had a 9pm reservation. We ordered drinks and didn't receive them until around 9:15pm and waited another 15minutes to order food! The table service for Fridays dinner was much better. The food was excellent though in flavor and presentation on both evenings so A+ in that!

Really nice ambiance and decent food in a ski resort in Olympic valley. We picked a few unique flavors. The coffee crusted duck breast is so delicious, highly recommend. Their old fashion has a mint and citrus tweak, which doesn't taste like old fashion, but still pretty good. The lemon cream cheese cake is nicely plated and textured, indeed the decadent dessert. Service is excellent. The price is steep, but it's worth the money.
