This Starbucks location has gone downhillBarista literally gave me a cappuccino 1/2 full with excuse it was the foam. she had made it and handed it to me - so no....I told the cashier I would have ordered a 'short' size cup if I wanted a tall 1/2 full.Not friendly ladies. Barista with the Evil Eye necklace is snoody. The cashier with red hair is uptight - it's felt.not coming back

I never write reviews, let alone for just another Starbucks I stop at...but these guys were awesome there. I ordered two of my same drink I get at every Starbucks and it was made just wayyyyyy sweeter than normal and I ordered 2 but only got one. I told them I ordered 2 and the barista (Filip or Finn I don't quite remember what his name tag said) was super friendly on making my other one they missed AND remaking me my drink that was too sweet I felt bad as I was asking a lot, and right in the middle of him fixing my drink and making me the other one, a lady came up and complained she got too much cold foam on her cold foam drink (????) which it was a normal amount and she wasn't the nicest to him which made me feel super bad and like we were being overwhelming Just wanted to say he's doing a great job and he was overly kind to me to fix my order. He even told me at the end of it all, that if it's still too sweet he would remake it AGAIN.Great customer service and very friendly employee and I just wanted to get on here to say thanks again for helping me out and you're doing amazing!!!
Horribly incompetent and rude employees at this poorly run dump. Entitled and condescending staff treat the customers like they're the one's paying exorbitant prices for cheap cups of coffee. I'm never going there again after the rude treatment I experienced today.

I haven't tried to go to this Starbucks during a morning rush, but I have been for a quick lunch. I arrived at around 12:30 pm on a weekday afternoon to pick up some sandwiches to go, but they were all out of paninis / sandwiches and only had breakfast sandwiches left. I was in a rush, so I just went with the breakfast sandwiches which were totally normal Starbucks breakfast sandwiches. Service leaves something to be desired as they occasionally leave the counter unattended, and I had to poke around in the back to get someone to help me. One thing to note: There is no mobile ordering at this location.

The scones were inedible in plastic packages like they were from Costco. Service was fine.

This Starbucks location is I would say fine. They seem very, very understaffed to be quite honest. I kind of felt bad for the one girl that was running around trying to get everybody taken care of so I cannot blame her the food and drinks that we ordered or as expected. Nothing crazy. I would say they're a competent Starbucks
