Service was pretty rude. Got a bottle at the wine bar and when I asked for a glass he said he didn't have any. When I said I only bought a bottle there so I could sit down there to drink it he' said it was an extra $10 but in a way that was basically "no" I asked what he could tell me about the wine. He read the name and said it was dry. I specifically asked, so it's not sweet? He said no. Guess what, the wine was really really sweet.

Beautiful location, great service, good wine. We have been coming here for years. We enjoy sitting outside taking in the beautiful scenery and sipping wine. The staff is very knowledgeable and provides good recommendations. It's always been a good experience. But last time they really outdid themselves. I left my wallet on the couch. I called Uncorked as soon as I found out. Megan picked up the phone. She was kind enough to find it and put it away. I went back the the next day to pick it up. I highly recommended Uncorked for their wines, set up and service. Im very grateful for Megan for her honesty and kindness.

Decent wine list. Service is a little slow but keep in mind that wine is meant to be sipped and savored. Would definitely return.

Super chill and such a welcomed different vibe from other places in the village. So happy this is here. The wine tasting flight was great and we ordered the olives as a snack which were somehow the best olives ever..? I'd definitely recommend for anyone looking for a more mellow end to their day.

Of course I love this place, as a wine club member. This is my fav location because it's right in the village of Palisades. As a wine club member, you get two bottles, a tasting a month, and no corkage fees to open a bottle. So we usually buy a bottle because it's more worth your $$. They sometime have happy hour on weekdays. They have quality cheese, charcuterie and meats that you can eat and buy to-go. 10% off everything as a member. People here are great.

I always have such a wonderful experience. Great wine, charcuterie, and people. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. This last visit I was able to meet the owners and they were both so nice and clearly pour a lot of love into what they do.

July 9th at 3:30 pm my wife and I stopped to sit in their outdoor seating to take a rest. There were absolutely no customers inside or out while we sat relaxing. The owner, who was not present, saw us on his camera and sent the bored bar tender out to run us off. I can understand if the place was busy or we were preventing customers from enjoying the establishment we might be in the way, but as I said the place was empty. When people who are probably hurting for business do something that would give someone a bad impression it is more a reflection on the owner and the way he chooses to do business. Fortunately there are options.UpdateSo, in reading your reply, we had been out walking looking to find a charging station for our car. We did not have or leave any trash as you implied. In addition we asked to speak to you and were refused by the bar tender. Have owned several service industry businesses including currently, I believe the appropriate response from you and your employee would have been to let us rest our nearly 70 year old bones until we moved on. We neither caused you a loss of business since there were clearly no customers and we did not leave anything behind when we left.

Stopped in earlier in the day to try some great wines. We were the only ones in the shop at the time and ended up talking with an amazing young lady working there from Brazil. She could not have been more outgoing and friendly and made it an outstanding experience for the both of us!
