I spent $40 I bought 2 golden burgers an order of zucchini ? and an order or onion rings which are my favorite and I had to make myself eat 3. The zucchini was mushy in the middle and fried to a crisp on the outside. My onion rings hardly had onion in them and tasted liked they was fried 3 days before I bought them in some type of breading, corn meal flour. It was disgusting I was so angry and hungry

Everything here is good; you can't go wrong. Mexican food or American food, it's all tasty. They have menudo on weekends and that was amazing. Large portions for all the entrees.

Breakfast burritos are good, but it's interesting they use sausage links, and didn't even cut them up... Still good though... I'd give it a 7 out of 10... Or I guess I'm this case, 4 stars.

Paid 13 bucks for a gyro that was missing fries. Establishment insisted that the gyro had fries despite me having driven back there to tell them otherwise. This is not how you handle customers ??‍♀️

$13 dollars for a gyro sandwich is absolutely disgusting. Go to the other fast food joints nearby to get better tasting bang for your buck. I should've gone to BJ's to get better food for less than what this greedy joint charges

Visited this location in Ontario on Friday Feb.23rd at 8pm, ordered 3 ice cream sundaes. I went home and unpacked my bag and notice that one sundae was full to the top while the other 2 were barely half full. I went back to the location and approached the drive through window. One of the cooks approached and I handed him the bag to see what the issue was. Then one of the girls who originally packed my order approached and she continued to keep saying " I didn't make that sundae the other girl did". Meanwhile the other girl was not in sight. My point was they served me 2 unacceptable sundaes and they were both fully aware. I would recommend to restaff with people that are competent and don't just stand around talking and giggling during their shift. Never returning to this location again. Very disappointed.

The prices are a little bit expensive but the food is very good. You can get a nice cold 29° beer there and that is very nice. They do have some specials that are well worth it. The environment seems to be nice as well.

The food is very good, but prices keep climbing. A while back, I signed up for their Club Arch. However, they NEVER asks for me to enter my telephone number to get credits. This happened a total of four times at two locations (Ontario and Chino Hills). Therefore, I've never received their advertised 20% off of anything. So today, it happened AGAIN. When I remembered it, it was AGAIN too late! So my family and I will not be going to the Chino Hills one after church and I will. It be returning to the one down the street from my work in Ontario. It's too bad that my work orders so much breakfast hundreds of breakfast burritos every year. But there are many other great restaurants nearby.

Don't get me wrong about this stand alone restaurant. The food is beyond excellent, worth the price you pay, however, be careful of the 'service fee' on top of the tax and tip. Service is deplorable. The cashier's are like in their world, ask them a question and they have no knowledge. If one disagrees with them all the employees come out from the back. How are you going to solve my problem if one employee can't solve it? More importantly though, if you pay with a bank card of any kind make sure the sale posts and doesn't become a ghost sale. This has happened to me 5 times. My bank has to intervene each time and refund my money. This very last time I almost had to call the Local Police. Very bad service from what could be a nice restaurant.
