Stale, overcooked, hard pretzels. Almost always have to ask for fresh ones, and that comes with an attitude. They advertise 2 for $11 pretzel nuggets but will charge you full price and then deny a full refund. The owner will come out and argue with you because there's a comprehension gap - I pay for her employees mistakes and that's FINAL. Go to another store where the staff are not stingy with the customer service, fresh food, or ethics. I would come here all the time for my daughter's pretzel requests, even when they were old. Wetzels will have my business from now on because management on site couldn't fix the simple mistake.

The pretzel was stale and chewy in a way the caused jaw pain to get through. Made me want to spit out the bite and after one bite I wanted to throw away my cinnamon sugar pretzel. Had my friend try it and she agreed it was terrible and felt like last nights day old that they were selling at 11am. Had to throw away after a single bite, 0/10 recommend.

I like auntie pretzel, but this place is the worst. I have been the pretzel in other outlets. Other places are so welcome and sometime they have a sample I remembered. Today I purchased a almond pretzel and just ask for do they have mini sample, the guy was so bad attitude and looks like it’s a weird question. I understood no sample but It should be not service, there is an lady looks like an owner stand by his right side and push him help the other guest after me. BUY ANOTHER STORE I SUGGEST

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION... the older lady at the cashier was very rude took very long and and took so long that she charged me without even knowing if they have my pretzel or not , she proceeded to charge me and then offered me 0 refund since someone else got it WHO WAS IN LINE BEHIND ME... anyways this place sucks , just go to wetzel pretzel it's a couple steps away

Standard Auntie Anne's. Warm, delicious, bite-sized treats never fail when walking and exploring Ontario Mills. Defiantly a must for a mid-day snack.Highly recommend stopping while shopping.Don't forget to tip!

Please tell the workers to speak up. Literally no one can hear what they are saying... I asked what pretzels are included in the deal and heard nothing because the worker was speaking so fast and quietly so I just gave up. The strawberry lemonade also kinda tasted like soap :(
