Very nice stay in landmark facility. Need pillow selection and variety at breakfast for the full 5 star rating. Otherwise great stay… would recommend for longer stays and larger groups. Very stylish lobby.

This hotel is wonderful. Huge lobby, huge rooms, comfortable beds, nice sitting area and nice bathroom. Quiet rooms. No problem with getting a late check out. It's hard to believe how inexpensive the rooms were for what you get. Definitely consider staying here.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. No signs of bugs anywhere. Beds were a bit on the soft side. And the breakfast could have had a bit more going on. For 2 days in a row it was fried eggs and sausages for protein. Overall a very confortable stay, thank you!

Noisy, moldy, dirty carpet, little breakfast variety, but pleasant personnel. The room configuration was very nice. I liked the way the 2 beds were separated by a half wall. This hotel is in need of a severe updating.

Great value. Friendly staff. Breakfast was included and it was good. Clean room. Clean public areas. I saw staff cleaning and sanitizing the area. Good breakfast. Free WiFi. This was my 3rd stay at this property. I’ll be back next year.

Our stay was good. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was OK but basic. Plenty of parking. We went there because we were going to visit friends that live nearby but for all those going to the convention center, this a very good option because of the walking distance.

Unfortunately, I have to write this very negative review about this hotel and to warn guests before planning your stay here. Staff is very nice and very welcoming, but the rooms are way below the expectations. The rooms, including bathtubs, shower curtains, carpet and the walls are stinky, dirty, just in general very gross and horrendous. The worst was the ants all over in the room....very disappointed!!!! The staff was nice enough to change me to another room, but it was not any better, because there was mosquitos that were buzzing all night. Unfortunately I will definitely not be returning to this horrible place again!!!! This place needs a remodel and exterminators badly!

coming back again...was worth the time to travel a distance for this amazing place... no complaints - no fuss - quiet and relaxing. Will for sure come back, even if it's just to stay in the room and just enjoy the peacefulness.... thank you

Reminds me of a retirement home, smells musty, wallpaper peeling off walls, bed needed clean sheets and mattress was stained in multiple places, if u like eggs and tots for breakfast that’s what you get. Very disappointing for a Wyndham property.

It was the hotel recommended by the event at the local convention center. They may have gotten a deal, but the accommodations were not a good deal for guests. The rooms have an old and strange smell to them. All the drains are clogged and the water drains slowly. It's good if you don't use much water in CA anyway. Only one person working at the front desk and they are often busy talking to people so don't call it's better to just stand in line and wait so they can see you. The sofa bed doesn't have any sheets and we could not get any either. Just took some sheets from the bed to cover the sofa bed. The sofa bed was very old and worn, didn't want to use it, it had stains and holes. The breakfast is worse than school lunch, just some smashed eggs in a big heated pan that seems to have been recently heated up. They had cereal and toast along with orange juice (concentrate) and black coffee. It's all community so the entire team came home sick. One good thing was it was a short walk across the parking lot to the Convention Center.
Never made it to the grill! This place took my credit card online but turned us away at check in leaving us without a room or place to stay. Staff are RUDE & HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.We will Never go back!

No dinner served on Sunday night. Was really hoping to stay in. Buffet closes earlier then expected. But overall satisfaction with the room size and beds are really comfortable. The bed linen comfort can be cleaner

Location to the airport was great. Lots of restaurants close by, airport is really close and walk the the Convention Center. Real nice place to stay. Great value. Staff was great even at 3:30am. I would stay here again

Horrible. I travel for work and have stayed at a lot of hotels. This hotel is awful. The customer service is non existent. Rooms are old. But spacious. Pool was not usable. As in empty no water. Just dirt and leaves. They cancelled my Reservation w out even letting me know leaving me stranded at midnight in a strange town. When i asked to speak to the manager. They refused. Wouldnt even give me the manager name and called the police on me. Police were on my side and they had to speak to management for me. They then finally gave me my (PREPAID in full) room. Unbelievable. Please warn your family and friends. NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH! THE ROOM WAS ALSO INFESTED W BUGS!

The best I can say about the room we were given was that is was spacious. It was heavily worn out: stains on the carpet and walls, the desk chair surface was completely gone, blinds of the room divider were broken. Bathroom was ok, and at least the beds were more or less clean. They take a $100 security hold from your credit card - what damage could we have done to this poor room to justify this? They gave us another room which was in a slightly better shape. Still, the carpet in front of one of the beds looked like a crime scene. Rooms are dark. They have only two luggage carts. It is an old building from the 40s and it has only two elevators. At checkout time you wait for an eternity. 2 stars because the staff was friendly.
