It's a fun place. REALLY expensive though. Was disappointed in the bar. They charged me for 5 beers every time I bought a pitcher, and they actually list that in the receipt. I prefer Dave & Busters. It's right down the street and a little cheaper. Cleaner too.

I went out with a friend on Saturday to celebrate his birthday. We ordered the same drinks, 3 cadillacs. And 3 patron shots. We all got charged different prices. The first one paid 50 bucks for his. The second 1 paid 21 bucks for his I. Ended up paying $68 for mines. The reason why I'm making this public is because after they accept cash the first time. They told the second person that they were not accepting cash. So he paid with his card me. On the other hand I did not bring my card. I only brown my driver license and a $100 bill. I told them I did not have my credit card and I can only pay them with the cash. They put up a hassle, call the manager. The manager came out and said OK this time. We'll accept the cache, but next time in the near future. Just know we do not accept cash. For once, that should be illegal for them to tell us that they are not accepting cash when we get up. And go to work for cash every day. So that doesn't make any sense to me. That was discrimination, so when you guys go to this place. Beware of discrimination, after I told them, I only had a $100. They took $60 out of that $100 and gave me back 40. My bill came up to $68 the next day when I went to go. Use my card. I checked my account and seen a $8 and 70 set charge from big house. Now, this is my question to. All of you guys. I lost my wallet recently like a week ago. So I got a new card from the bank. Nobody has this card number. I never used the car there before. How was they able to go into my bank account? Without my authorization and use my debit card. I'll answer that question for you. That's because the bankers are not telling the consumer. What really goes on with the contract? Far is using a tap to pay car. I'm pretty sure in the details that they're scamming us. And sending our information out to hackers. It sounds like a perfect plan for me. If I was the government and I get rich off of printing money and putting people in that. That sounds like a perfect plan. I reached out to big house. Nobody called me back yet. This is the society we live in today. And you guys wonder why people do not wanna interact what the government artificial at this time

This was the first time going to Big Al's to bowl. This location has a nice atmosphere and friendly attendants. The bowling balls were good and not dented or dinged up like other bowling alley balls are. The only issue we had with our experience was that the machine that sets the pins kept malfunctioning. At one point we had to wait about 10 minutes to start playing again but they gave us time back on our one hour bowl time.

I came here so many times before and they always take cash to refill the card, but as today (4/12) at 7PM, when I got there, the two lady at the register were just talking with each other ignoring people that were on the line and when she finally noticed, my husband asked her if she would take cash, and she just told him “no, card only” then continue ignoring him and talking to the other lady. It was so rude! Never ever would I coming back here again.

Just don't eat at the restaurant. Service was bad. They weren't rude, but just never came to the table except for taking your order and bringing the food out. Long wait for your food. And appetizer, salad and entrees all came out together. Food was all cold. And the dining room was not even very packed.

came here with the fam we got lunch and they said we underpaid so we asked for the bill ended up ever was good. the manager didn't apologize. not only that when they brought the food one guy was rude the others did a great job. I feel like they should have said sorry or gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

Terrible customer service. Been trying all day to cancel a reservation and no one answers the phone, it goes to voicemail. Also sent 2 emails today and no response. How am i to get my reservation cancelled and a refund!? Awful.

Good for during the day with the kids. Gets too rowdy at night for me to feel comfortable hanging out there with them. Arcade is pretty large and bowling is always fun.

Fun place all around. It's fun to bring the family here or to bring friends here and watch the games. It's kind of The Best of Both Worlds they have an adult only area along with bowling for the family, friends or coworkers. In the sports bar area they have a huge wall with very large TVs kinda Vegas style TV wallThey do check IDs to enter the 21 and over area they offer free games like corn hole, free arcades, large Jenga. It's a fun time.In the kids area the offer fun little kid games where you get to win tickets and like everywhere those tickets really don't get you anything nice, lol. Basically Chuck E Cheese style games but much more selection

Great spot but cashless? They don't take the green bills here... super inconvenient if you are a cash paying customer. To get your own national currency rejected at this is establishment is just un-American.
