The quesabirria were hands down the best from the spread! The meat is so tender and flavorful! It was amazing for work lunch. The onions and cilantro were so fresh! Make sure to stop by when you are nearby!
Our company had this place for lunch. It was hands down amazing. There were zero complaints and all talk about how they had to go back and we have to order again. First of all, amazing customer service. Secondly, fresh and appetizing presentation of the food. Thirdly, mouth watering, juicy beef packed with flavor, authentic corn tortillas, and just the right amount of gooey cheese. As for the chile rojo-we were fighting over who could take it home. Definitely coming back and ordering again.

I don't usually like birria and have always had bad experiences until today. It's always too wet, or oily, or just doesn't taste good.This place changed my view of birria.This place is fantastic and importantly for me -- the meat is cooked thoroughly and super clean.Everything from the onions, to the limes, to the consomé is fresh.One of the benefits of some places that only focus on one thing with one type of meat is that they can focus on making it excellent.The flavors are amazing as is the salsa and the consomé.Pro tip: pour some of the red salsa into the consomé.I'm coming back very soon.
