As a common visitor to this brand of restaurant, it can be hit or miss sometimes. We went for a family dinner on Easter Sunday and was blown away by the service and food we got. If Black Angus is actively stepping up their game, I hope they keep at it and we'll be coming back much more often.Being Easter, it was a slow night so we were seated and served right away. Our food and drinks came out very fast, nice and warm, and freshly cooked. They plated the side salad beautifully with a nice variety of green leaf lettuces rather than just a generic pile of light green/white romaine. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and without a thick layer of fat to trim away. I especially loved that they gave a hearty portion for their sides instead of a tiny scoop of rice or potatoes.However what we appreciated the most was we didn't feel rushed, even though it was towards the end of the evening. In fact, we were enjoying our meal and our time so much that we hadn't realized it was already long passed closing time. The fact that they didn't try to usher us out the door and instead let us enjoy a delicious and comforting meal really meant a lot.Hopefully this isn't just a one-off event but rather what Black Angus will maintain as their standard from hereon. Keep it up and you'll be seeing much more of us!

Fantastic service from Galdino, took my dad here for his 50th birthday and everytime Galdino would come by always made the whole table laugh and feel like regulars even though this was our 1st time at this specific location. The food was good as usual for the chain, if we lived closer we would definitely come here more often for the great service.

We had the campground dinner tonight with some friends and I had purchased them from Groupon. Luis was our server, what a real treat for us. His suggestions were Spot on and he seemed to be attentive to our requests and allowed us to enjoy our evening without undue pressure. Ask for Luis you will not regret this decision.
