I fasted all day to break it with my family to some blaze pizza just to be told they up the price and specially told me they reduced the size of the cheesy bread just for all my food to be stolen by some kids and they didn’t have any protocol on passing pizza by or watching over it. Nothing so while I sit there with my family starving, our stomachs yearning for food so we could wait for our new pizzas to sit in a oven for other 20 minutes so the no reimbursementor accommodations. Pitifully

Look the pizza came out and delicious, but that bathroom was disgusting and no matter how good the food is, when you have to race to the bathroom to find pee all over the seat that you need to sit on and the floor you forget about the food.

Blaze is my favorite place for build your owns. First time at this location though! It's located inside ontario mills, and they had outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating as well. The employees were fast and efficient with the pizza making, which was great because my toddlers were hangry. I found all the ingredients fresh today, but one of our pizzas came out too burnt. Even so, the pizzas are usually crispy and delicious. I love that you can choose all your favorite toppings for the build your own, and you can always ask for a little more, if you want more of something. If you're considering prices compared to fast food pizza, it's definitely not the cheapest considering it's more of a personal pizza. But I love the thin crust and fire oven, so it's still one of my favorite pizza places.

The ham used to be large round pieces now ham is tiny strip with fat. Other topings also changed not for the better. Very unfortunate. Loved blaze when it first opened.

Food: not what i remember from Blaze when it began. Cost cutting has definitely taken the taste of the food. Service was ok. Cashiers were not engaged with customers. The location has a weird vibe to it. It wants to be a cool place but the furniture does not work well with the scene.

Came by on 10/15 after work right before blaze was closing and Matt quickly stopped what he was doing to assist . He quickly saw me and another person and line and went to go grab whoever was in the back to assist guest . I appreciate his kindness and sense of urgency for the guest. All the food was great !!

Love blaze cause I know what I'm putting into my body what you see is what u get my pizza is like a salad on flatbread remember years ago when I only had 30 minutes break I would build my pizza in the app and send order right before break go get it eat a couple of slices for lunch the rest either dinner if co workers didn't touch it thank you

You enter a nice spacious location seats roughly about 96,it's family friendly ,the staff is quick to serve you up the freshest pizza around ,imagine walking around the mall and stopping in for some perfectly cooked pizza within the mall itself,I like how they try to make the pizza the way you like it,and only get better every time you come,the ambience is chill vibes 100%.Y'all Rock & Roll.Tony is the man you want to make your pizza,dudes a pizza making Genius!!!
