I love this place! This is a classic "hole in the wall" style type of restaurant. Do not expect the tables to be cleaned (they get so busy), or for people to come ask if you're ok. You get your food, you sit, you eat. But man, if you love carnitas, this is the spot! I always get their tacos de carnitas. They're HUGE. Not your typical street taco. These are made with regular size corn tortillas, and they're packed!!
Step Up Step Up Read All About It Carnitas Uruapan has Great tacos and burritos hands down! Met up with a great server by the name of Daniel who has great customer definitely something to be appreciative about. This spot is my go-to for mixta. Stop on by you will not be disappointed.

I wish they had a better ordering system. The person preparing your food takes 2 or 3 orders from different customers at the same time without actually writing them down and then forgets or mixes the orders. Carnitas are good, but not great.
