The lady who was taking our order she was so rude ! shouting on us front of people thats was embarrassing just because i ask her about the beef is there pork or cooked with pork so she start shouting and mad about my question i was talking with her in a polite way then we left and says thank you and she was saying something while she was shouting are you koshri ??? but I didn’t understand what she mean .

I have to say that they make pretty good philly cheesesteaks. They serve their philly cheesesteaks with a reasonable price and it's worth it. The service was quick and didn't take more than 3 minutes. Workers here were professional and work quickly. The taste of the philly cheesesteak taste really good. Not sure how similar it is to philly cheesesteak in Philly because I have not tried it yet. However, it absolutely beats the philly cheesesteak in New York at Time Square. That one was double the price and was nowhere near good as the one here in Charleys Cheesesteaks.

We have been here several times over the past couple of years and food has been solid. Most recently I came here during the week a little after they opened, so there was no line. The employee who took my order was quick and friendly. Got a small Philly cheese steak for 8.39 after tax. They put everything on there kind of in a messy way, so it was hard to grab and fold without falling apart. Flavor was good, but nothing that would "wow" you. Just a basic cheese steak sandwich.

Garbage! Save your money. My daughter was at Ontario Mills and called to ask what I wanted from this place. Having never eaten there I looked up the menu and settled on the "Old Philly Cheesesteak" sandwich with provolone in place of cheese sauce, and green bell peppers. According to the menu, this sandwich comes with onion. When my daughter got home with my sandwich, I was disappointed to see that it was about half of the size of a Philly's best cheesesteak sandwich, but at a comparable price. This might be the driest sandwich I've ever attempted to eat. It did not come with bell pepper or onions. A skimpy half French roll with end of the day dry roast, beef, and provolone. I had to put Sriracha on it after sampling it just because it was so dry. I can't comment on the service or ambience, since this was a to go order, but you're better off, saving your money, and going to Phillys best which is in the same area.
Came here with my family yesterday, I understand you guys close at 9 but y'all stopped taking orders before 9 . Couldn't even feed my family .

We are here now?we returned sandwiches, very cold and chicken whaler chicken was in it was cold and tasted like it had gone bad. We returned all food , fries were very cold and hard. Kids working were too busy horse playing around . Very disappointed food not good?

It's been a long time that I have been to the Ontario Mills Mall. We decided to go and do some shopping. Before we started, we were hungry and I was craving a Philly Cheesesteak. I've seen Charleys before, but I have never tried them. I went ahead and order for the both of us. Since this location was at the mall, as expected there was a wait. But the wait in my opinion did not take long and I was able to order in no time. I ordered for my Girlfriend, a small Philly Cheesesteak (With Everything) and for myself I ordered the Large Kentucky Bourbon Cheesesteak (With Everything). The Philly Cheesesteak comes with: high-quality USDA choice grilled steak, grilled green peppers, mushrooms, onions with melted provolone cheese, optional creamy mayonnaise, juicy tomato, shredded lettuce, crispy pickle & served on a signature toasted roll. The Kentucky Bourbon Cheesesteak comes with: USDA Choice Seasoned Steak, Bourbon Glaze, Sauteed Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Crispy Onions, Lettuce & Tomato. After I placed my order, it took about 10-15 mins at the time I went for them to complete. When I brought our food to our table, we were ready. When we both opened our orders from the to go boxes, we could tell that our order was prepared fresh. We both really enjoyed our Sandwiches. Both were fresh and had flavor on them. For mine, I really enjoyed the Bourbon sauce and crispy onions and that it had lettuce and tomatoes; complemented very well overall. My Girlfriend's Philly Cheesesteak she really enjoyed it. Our overall experience was great and the customer service I received was good. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Charleys if you are looking for something different and for good Chessesteaks. The portions in my personal opinion was good and prices are reasonable. We will definitely come back to Charleys and want to try other items on their menu.
