I have an email saying I have a free cold brew 16 oz and it says to just show it to any team member. I showed up and showed the email that I received and was unable to get my free cold brew for my birthday. They told me I need to get the app and what not but it literally says on the email just show this to any team member and you should get your free cold brew. What a waste of time district manager or general manager it would be great for you to get involved in this matter.

I’m giving it one star for awful service. I love Cinnabon and Mills is my favorite mall, but this place and their associates are known for awful service.

My wife went today and bought 4 cinnabon 30$ plus tax kid scammed her 6 pack cost 24.99 plus tax come on tell your employees not to scam

You pay $24.99 for a 6 pack. But, they don't tell you ahead of time that they won't be the hot Cinnabons rolls that are sitting fresh in the glass case. They walk to the back to grab a prepackaged box of rolls with icing cups. I asked why I couldn't have the fresh made ones and I was told that I would have to buy them for the individual price which would of raised the cost from $24 to $36 The workers informed that it was corporate policy which I understand is out of their control. However save your money and don't waste your time at this place.

Way overpriced, not fully baked. and stingy on the icing. When you take a bite, all you get is an undercooked dough. Quality has definitely gone downhill. They even charge for an extra frosting, which you would not have needed if they don't skimp on the frosting. This is a complete ripoff.

Sooo the wife and I rush to get a couple tasty Cinnabons. We get there at 7:45... 15 minutes to spare. To my shock, I see the crew cleaning up and counting their cash drawer in the counter where they make the food. If you say you're open to serve until a certain time.... Then do your job and serve! I understand you want to get home.... Get another job! OR... advertise that you are closing earlier! So disappointing... also to tell us, this is all we have left.

This is the first place you see when you enter from the food court entrance that is near Nike. Decided to buy a cinnamon roll since I have not had this in forever. OMG, I did not realize how expensive one roll is and to get extra frosting is an additional $.99. What? That used to be free. I guess it's been a long time since they've increased their price.The roll was nice and warm when I received it! Service is good. The girl that helped me was nice.The ambiance can get noisy because it is inside a food court and inside a mall. I would definitely come back to this location for a quick grab and go. I just deducted stars because the pricing is ridiculous.

Id like to share my experience working here i was ganged up by the assistant manager and another employee i wont say names because i am not sure if theyre working there now but heres how it went down we had plans one night to go out i embarrassed myself yk had to much to drink and then fast forward towards later and all of a sudden everybody knows me everybody doesnt like me i get that and i was an adult about everything and then boom next thing i know im in front of my manager talking about i she was told by assistant manager at the time that i was doing all this stuff like teaching other employees how to smoke inside and how i make faces when im asked to do thing and how i act during a shift and lemme tell you if it wasnt for two of my other coworkers to back me up and stuff i had only them two to rely on and thanks to them i was cleared of a majority of wrong doings and stuff involving other employees i was giving a warning for what happened and then i was told by my two coworkers how much smack was talked without me being present ranging from a lead to the assistant manager and another lead and i could have made a bigger deal about it but I decided why do i need to go through so much drama when i could find a new job and what inspired me to write this review is looking back on the new reviews i see today and you know since last year there has been almost a full employee roster change but in terms of work i had so much fun rolling it was a fun job i never had an issue with the work load it was just how much someone will hold something against you until they see what you'll do when they make assumptions

I come to this Cinnabon very frequently and would have to say the service I have received from the same girl multiple times has left me disappointed and wondering why she is working customer service at all. Her name is Jasmine and I have wrote to corporate about her a few months back but never heard back so I feel it necessary to post on this public form to get her the demotion or in lack of better words fired. It's absolutely disappointing to come to spend your money on a food that is more of a luxury for most people and be greeted with a nasty, unwelcoming, miserable attitude. It's ridiculous, I have been forgiving but it's repetitive everytime I come to this location and she takes my order, someone of that manner SHOULDNT be working customer service at all. I've had no other issues with the employees at this location so it must be a bad seed that hopefully can be fixed and the company doesn't suffer anymore losses of customers because I have had it, I literally leave the location if I see her working because I know the service will be less than anyone deserves. Please fix your issues on this employee because I tell all my friends to not come here because of it. One bad seed shouldn't ruin a business but frankly it does.

My husband and I were walking towards counter at 8:55pm all the employees behind the counter stared laughing and shut the lights off on our face So rude and disrespectful I will be writing to corporate also....will never come back to this store First time I have ever been treated this way at any Cinnabon store what a disappointment store inside Ontario mills I would not give any stars but I have to give it one to post my review

Had an issue with delivery app, several orders and cancellations. Their team worked to try to fix it but then honored the order by pick up. Thats a sign of customer care. Not to mention their product is ok.
