Customer service was horrible. They have this bartender that looks like she just got out of jail and she treated me and my partner so bad.

Name has switched to Tap and pour. Burger was horrible and fries were super cold. Took a while to get a beer. The customer service is extremely bad.

Breakfast wrap is pretty good with a cup of coffee. It was all made fresh in front of me. Just needs some sauce

A solid airport restaurant and bar. Food was delicious in large portions, service was friendly and fast. We had BBQ bacon burger, wings and chicken Caesar salad. I was surprised at the yummy flavors of this airport food. A good place to eat and drink or kill some time before boarding!

Located in terminal 2, this was the only restaurant open around 7AM on a weekday so it's basically your only option. Food was just alright, nothing special. It's an airport so of course prices are steep - 2 coffees & 2 breakfasts cost almost $40 with a military discount. I will say - the country skillet is not a skillet but rather a veggie omelet with bacon, sausage and potatoes on the side so that's kind of misleading. Coffee was kinda sweet. Overall, very meh. Would only come out of desperation or no other options. Service was friendly though.

I believe they are racist. The bartender was rude and impatient at the beginning. After I took out my ID, she refused me and said I don't accept your ID. Although I showed that my ID card proved that I was indeed over 21, she still refused my order rudely and then kindly received the next customer. Her attitude towards her customers depended on her mood, and I saw few other customers being treated the same way as me.

This was a pretty cool little restaurant inside Ontario Airport. The lady at the front counter was helpful in directing me to order the Breakfast Country Skillet which was cooked perfectly! The eggs had spinach and tomato which I was looking for a healthier choice with protein. The turkey sausage and bacon were really tasty. Will definitely eat here again when passing through before another flight! Highly recommend!

Before our outbound flight, we were hungry and looking for a place to eat at Ontario international Airport. Believe it or not, it was around 6 pm and almost everything was closed, except for Cross Grain brewhouse. So all the passengers gravitated towards this location just like bees are drawn to honey. There was a long line. What was disturbing was that the line moved very slowly. We had a chicken sandwich & fish and chips. Both could have been better. However, they were open. Thanks.

We had coffee, a scone, and a chocolate croissant. The coffee was acceptable (just) but the pastries were dried out and at least day old (scone probably more). First time I've ever considered returning a product from a coffee shop. Service was ok - obviously the help wanted sign was very true. Two ladies working, one cooking (and doing nothing else), the other doing it all. They don't take actual money, which I understand. Just wish there was a sign out to show that point. Tables and area not especially clean. If there is coffee at the other end of the terminal, I'd check that out first.

I was PLEASANTLY surprised at this airport eatery! I was actually rushing for my flight & hadn't had a chance to eat anything yet. Thankfully I was able to grab something fast from here. I honestly wasn't expecting my chicken Cesar wrap to be this good! Sauce was spicy & chicken was seasoned well. The fries were SO GOOD & fresh. They're seasoned fries which I wasn't expecting. Customer service was awesome & I got my food quickly. I definitely will be frequenting this place for my travels.

I've been waiting for half an hour during a busy time of the evening to get a drink and the bartender is on break. Obviously not the servers fault and Ive always been a pro-break guy. Seems like the flock of people gathered around asking question every few minutes could be avoided with some proper planning. I'm looking at you unknown restaurant manager, hiding in anonymity with a phone number that doesn't work. For shame sir or madam. For shame. When service resumed it was quick and professional. I didn't order any food, but those around were impressed by the sizes of the portions

While waiting for a mid-morning flight, we decided to stop for a beer and a small snack. We thought about getting a pretzel. They were still on the breakfast menu, but our server Mary was very helpful with suggestions and she was still able to get us the pretzel.

Man... Terminal 4 is sweet compared to terminal 2! Rock and brews! This place was like a five bar in an airport with better lighting and no music. I have to say the bartenders do their best to make it as nice as they can. Cut a hole into the west side of the bar. A big one. Big enough for the bartender to walk down. Then you have 10 more seats in that spur? If you are making money, why not make more money?
