I absolutely love Krak Boba. I love getting the king brulee which comes with pudding and Boba all in a creamy milk caramel. However this one did not reach the standards I've recently had for this drink.. The taste was spot on, but it lacked pudding and Boba. Normally there's a lot in there which has Boba and pudding with every drink but I felt that i was having to look for the pudding and Boba in my drink. Sad day.. Service was okay, they took it very quickly. I liked this spot because it had a large area to sit and you can have big parties there. They are also open late which is nice. Its located right in front of a movie theater so getting Boba after a movie would be nice to do. I was a little caught off guard by how quickly they were cleaning up. They close at 11pm but when we were putting away the chairs around 10pm. People were walking in and asking if they were open.. Great spot but could use more Boba.

The taro twist is just regular taro milk tea and wayyyyy too sweet it's not even drinkable. Waste of time and 7$

The store was experiencing technical issues on the day I did my order. So my order for delivery did not appear in their system. It was canceled and never accepted/completed, but my refund hasn't been processed yet. I gave them plenty of time and called the store 3 times yet the owner has not made any attempt to reach out to solve my issue. This is horrible service and I am definitely not purchasing here again.

My order was made completely wrong. I paid to have popping boba in my drink but they lacked the ability to add it. Plus they need to be more aware of expiration dates because that's a huge health code violation. The aesthetics is eye catching but don't let it fool you with thinking it's gonna have good drinks or boba.

It offers a disappointing experience overall. We spent $8 on boba which is very expensive! Despite the high prices, the boba quality is lacking, often missing from drinks despite an extra charge. Additionally, the service is slow and the staff can be rude. GO TO TEN REN! Overall, not worth the cost or the hassle.

Krak is my go-to for boba. I love this place. The drinks are extremely reasonably priced, they are fast, everything I have tried has been delicious, and if I am ever indecisive, then the staff is always knowledgeable about the full menu. If I could get krak for breakfast, lunch and dinner I would!

I come here literally everyday spending $8 daily to buy my pregnant wife her boba to satisfy her cravings. That’s $224 a month .I call yesterday to inform them they forgot to put straws in our to-go order and not only do I get attitude but you serve me this the next day ?..I love the place and the drinks but damn the service is bad , both guys working there are good , it’s just the girls.You have workers that can’t handle cash if their life depended on it and workers that forget to give customers straws … you sell drinks , only drinks . How can you forget the straws ?

I went in on Jan 24 @ 11:30am and I assume Mia R, from the sticker on my cup, was the one who helped me out and she was A M A Z I N G!! I love the Guerrilla Thai w/ Boba! She helped me out right away!! She showed me about the app I never knew of any app and i can accumulate points for rewards, im there so often and i knew nothing of it! She was so sweet and helpful! Good Job Mia!
