I ordered several meals on 4/22/24 and one of the burgers for new food poisoning. I felt very sick. I believe the chefs there are not washing their hands properly and don’t know how to handle food which means they are not paying attention to the “food handlers training”. I’m very disappointed in the staff because it tarnish a good name of burger company. I will no longer be ordering here for my company and will let my other business partners not to order as well. I should sue the employee, but I’ll go after the company instead for hiring such a chef that doesn’t take passion in his profession.

Evelyn the shift lead was very helpful throughout the whole time I was there. Even though I was the only person at times she would still check in on me and refill my drink. Took my Lunch here from the office and it was great.

Went here to grab some breakfast burritos and was not satisfied with the food. Presentation of the burritos was perfect however the ingredients were par cooked and under seasoned. My burritos ingredients were egg whites, potatoes, cheese, and avocado. The avocado was old. 2 burritos and a fry cost me $27.

I’m a frequent customer of many farmer boys locations for both breakfast and dinner on this particular occasion I simply had to use the restroom and I decided to stop in Ontario. I was informed i couldn’t and I had to purchase something in order to use the restroom . This is the first time I have ever experienced that, knowing that I do not look like someone that would damage the restroom, I was surprised to be informed by management that I was not allowed to use the restroom without purchasing something for that reason I’m giving this location a bad review for lack of customer service and their failure to identify what a good customer is versus a bad customer. I would have given them a zero stars but I can’t. Given the amount of money I’ve spent at many farmer boys restaurants I was very disappointed with this particular location on Milliken on the 10 freeway.
