Absolutely the worse location I've been too. It takes so long to get your food, the customer service is awful and the cook and cashier were just on their cell phone and AirPods in most of the time. No one even greets you. In the 30 mins we were there waiting for our food we heard 3 complaints from other customers. One was upset bc her chicken was pink and undercooked. the cook proceeds to say "oh you want it well done?" Then another customer complained for their wrong order after waiting 25 min. No one even apologized for the inconvenience. We finally got our order and the bowls didn't even have enough chicken. Management here needs to step it up and hire new employees that actually care about their jobs. Not to even mention how dirty the place looked.

This is the worst Flame Broiler I've been to. To start off, both the cashier and cook were on their phones. The cook didn't wash his hands to serve our food. Then I got the wrong order. Finally I got what I ordered, but the chicken was hard and old.

Bro I'm here on my damn break the cook sees there's like 4 people waiting in line and is on his break or whatever with nothing cooking on the grill . Never coming back here again. Lousy employees , I know you're working for minimum wage but just know you ruin the lunch breaks of other HARDWORKING people . Tasted horrible too and undercooked

It was a great addition to my meal.An area that could be improved upon is the lack of a loyalty rewards program, which is now a standard feature in most restaurant chains, including other Flame Broiler locations. It would be great to see Flame Broiler introduce a similar program, especially since this location is conveniently located off the freeway. Implementing such a program would incentivize me to come back and sample more of their menu offerings.One aspect that I particularly enjoyed was the flexibility to choose the vegetables I wanted in my bowl. This made it easy for me to customize my meal to my personal taste. The service was also prompt, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.Overall, I recommend The Flame Broiler to those looking for a quick, tasty, and healthy meal option. This flame broiler gives very small portions. I frequently eat at flame broilers all over and have never received a bowl with such small portions.

Why is there nothing cooking on the grill? Bad sign when you go inside a restaurant and don't hear or smell anything! SMH! Placed my order and 30 seconds later my food was bagged to go! No cabbage, 2 stalks of broccoli and the chicken and beef weren't even warm. Rice was hot though...this place is a joke I was told flame broiler was better out of all the other teriyaki fast food places...NOPE
