Late dinner after prom. Stopped there because it said it's open for dine-in. They had closed at 10 pm. There was a long line to order through the drive-through. Website and poster by door said open 24 hrs. Very disappointing. A limo dropped off a group of kids who also went to the prom and left them there. The kids were going to order inside, but it was closed. They had to wait out in the cold until they got picked up. Please update your times.

Showed up at the drive thru in Ontario at 11:00 am on Saturday January 6,2024 it took 15 whole minutes for the small order to get ready! I went inside 4 people inside… nobody behind the cash register, one woman was pilling up cheese slices with no energy at all…one man doing something slowly with no interest at all … a young girl came out from behind a door probably restroom with no life in her… don’t know what’s going on.there was only this young guy moving around fast doing everything for everyone.I hear the pay is now $20 per hour. Should this cause them not to work?!To people at the Corporate: you probably care about your money so one important factor is providing fast, efficient services. And there was none at that location.

I went through the drive Thru in the the morning and i got a sandwich and the cheese and the ham all looked like they were just thrown into the bread and I also got a hash brown and some parts were a bit hard other that that all the other times I've been their the service has been ok.

Since the first time I walked in I was treated with kindness and respect. These commodities are rare these days indeed. Evelyn , on this occasion was very kind and cordial and friendly. Her positive attitude is infectious and a breath of fresh air. I will come back and see if it is a continuous process or a one time thing. Thank you for a wonderful experience dining at jacks house.
