No what time of day you order all egg sandwiches are smashed fried crispy and crunchy and tasteless.sandw if you want an egg sandwich that resemble an egg sandwich you must go to Wendy's, though I must admit jack has the best buns

I've doordashed twice, the first time I was missing one shake and didn't care enough to call. The second time I place a big order and im missing four items, I call and they leave me on hold for 16 minutes, i hang up then call doordash. Doordash tells me theyre not picking up and i need to contact them to contact doordash. An hour later im finally able to contact JITB again and they make me explain the situation to three different people again just to say they dont deal with those issues at all. Then why make me wait 16 minutes? Why make me explain three times and leave me waiting an hour. Worst place ever.0

I went to this Jack in the box a few weeks ago and ordered a meat lovers breakfast burrito. There was lettuce in it and it completely changed the flavor of the burrito so I threw it out. I called and the young man that answered offered to replace it but honestly it was late n I was already home. So I said I would come another day. I returned on Friday 2/16/24 to place an order and asked if I could also get that burrito. There were 3 young men working and a lead Andrea.. Andrea was beyond rude and giving dirty looks and taking under her breath so I couldn’t understand the stuff she was saying. The kid at the window was polite and the other two they were twins were also polite. I understand places are short staffed, and they deal with jerks all day. But this lady here needs another job . She should not have been leading those kids. It honestly should have been the other way around. I live down the street from this Jack in the box, but will be taking a longer drive to go to another one .

I Only go for the tacos and I don't care what the meat is made of or how they make it , It's still good but they're jumbo Jack and Their sourdough chicken is not advertised or looks like the menu or tastes like it back in the Early 80s to early 90s .

Ordered a 7 piece stuffed jalapeños and received 6. For the $5.19 I paid I expected all 7 of the poppers. I had a simple order, a mocha iced coffee and stuffed jalapeños. Would have complained but didn't realize until I had already driven away. I would not consider this good service...

I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here especially if you're coming just to get something quick the people here are so rude especially the night shift manager her name is Jennifer but she also goes by Jenny she was rude from the very beginning when I was going to pay she said that my car didn't go through which it has been and I asked her if it was the machine and she started giving me attitude from the very beginning she didn't even attempted so I went in and paid with the same card and it went through she gave me my order basically throwing the bags I would never recommend anyone here to come here again and management needs to change her
