I went through the drive through to get something to eat after work at around 330am and let me just tell you, the girl working at the drive through has some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in awhile, she basically rushed me through my order, and than when she handed me my food I almost dropped it by the way she handing to me, and it felt like she had an attitude with everything she said, I’m sorry but if you can’t even pretend to be nice than don’t be in customer service

Interview ScheduleI am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience my son had over at this Jack in Box during his scheduled interviews at your establishment.My son had received a confirmed interview schedule, both today and the prior Saturday. However, on both occasions, he was informed that the manager was not available. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism have left us disheartened and frustrated.I believe that when a confirmation for an interview is provided, it is expected that the necessary arrangements, including the manager's availability, are in place. Unfortunately, this was not the case in our recent interactions.I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure a more organized and reliable interview process in the future. Disappointments like these can have a lasting impact, especially on a teenager preparing for their future endeavors.

I have been going here for many years….the staff for the most part are very friendly and accommodating.Every once inthe while I get a stick-in the mud or someone who is not a regular employee that doesn’t perform as well as the others…The food is usually prepared well and occasionally do they miss an item or don’t fix it as requested but overall very satisfied.. I do have an issue that needs to be addressed to corporate or franchisee…this is not the place for that…OVERALL pretty satisfied

Stop by to get the red monster tacos 2 for 3.00 in the drive thru, offer is plastered all over, once i pull up to the speaker, girl/lady on the speaker tells me they dont make them anymore, but they have promo posted all over restaurant...this is all I wanted, now Im was stuck in lane with cars in front and back...bull shiiiit

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I went to get a late night snack at this location. Once I got my food I noticed that they didn't get the order right. So I had to get back into line in the drive thru to get the rest of my food. Once I got to the window, the employee gave me partial of the order. I told her that my order is still incomplete. So what she did is just threw the rest of the food into the bag and gave it to me. Once I told her to get the order right she spit on my face. I would not recommend this location if you want to get a late night snack
