Jack in the Box on Grove is open late. The guy working the drive thru messed up on our shake but he had made it right all before we even caught it! The rest of our order was hot and fresh. So, thank you to the guy working the drive thru for doing a great job.

Girl who works nights on the weekends is always super rude and makes excuses that she ran out of cups and straws and the kitchen is closed and doesn’t know when their break is over. I mean she works here and doesn’t know when the break is over? - I’ve been to this place million times and this is the second time this happened with her. This is open 24hrs every day. She refused to give her name so her manager doesn’t find out. I’ll make sure the management knows about this and her rude attitude with customers.

The most horrific customer service provided by a Landi on the drive thru lane. I will never come to this location again I spent $25 on food but was only allowed one ranch. I only requested 3 ranches. This is outrageous and I hope they train there employees more efficiently.
This place is joke. The service is so bad and workers are rude. You order a lot of stuff and they still want to charge for extra ranch. The worker Landi was rude and the manager just stood there and said nothing. Never going there again. Do not recommend this Jack in the box.
