Worst place I have ever been to, they have u wait away from the window until they tell you to move up, meanwhile the line behind all the cars are waiting to order...They then tell you to move up to pay at the window...I have never had this happen.

As l said before when l was young l worked for Jack, this jack in the box on Archibald & Riverside sucks big time,, l go for my son l order nothing for myself???Reason, they always serve cold food not even semi warm, it's close to my home, but rather drive far away, fries suck also?

This location store #5345 does not put the cheese on their tacos. I thought it was an oversite the last time I got tacos here. They are cheating the customers by not putting cheese on the tacos. Prices went up food went down.

Advertised as 24 hours through drive-thru but when my sister went at 4 am this morning the worker claimed to be closed and refuse to serve my sister. If you are no longer open 24 hrs change your signs.
