Our server was super nice but took 15+ mins to get two smoothies and a bowl. Can't really blame her because it was one person on duty. Drinks were good but bowl was kinda watery and was missing toppings. Bananas on top were super unripe.

We ordered a watermelon breeze and strawberry surf rider. I watched the employee blend together ingredients in a single blender and pour it into two separate cups and then hand those to us as our drinks. I told them that we ordered two different drinks, and she claimed that the two were different, but i literally watched her make it, and the two drinks tasted identical. After some back and forth, she reluctantly remade the watermelon breeze and gave it to us. But then when we sat down, she claimed that they weren't open for seating and kicked us out. She was also on her personal phone browsing something throughout the encounter. Completely unacceptable service.

literally such a gross environment everything was dusty and the juices they put in the smoothies were all superstars like they haven't been changed for days and when we walked up it was just empty and we found the girl working literally in the corner on her phone and we had to even ask if they were open because it just looked so dead. the girl was like "wait what yeah were open" with a attitude i ordered two smoothies and my appetite was just lost by the time i got the drinks. the juices she put in there make me concerned for my health. JAMBA IN THE ONTARIO MILLS MALL. DO BETTER

Worst place ever. Twice I have come and they don't have any bowls. That's fine, I can choose something else, but the people who work here gosh really bad customer service. I came in today this tall lady working today had an attitude not smiling very rude when speaking. Don't smile if you don't want to but if you working with the public you got to at least be friendly. Don't like your job and don't like dealing with customers than look for a different job or work from home. Really does not deserve a star.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The sign on the door says they open at 6:30 AM the door is also open the Jamba Juice app locator states they open at 6:30 but the guy says they open at seven. When I asked him well why does the door say 630 and he says that's the time I clock in. What a f****** idiot.

Not the best Jamba. My green tea blast came out like water and was melted. I think the server didn't add ice or the yogurt was left out too long since it was on the counter.

Wtf is this? I can't believe this is an Açaí bowl I get back to work on my lunch to enjoy my bowl and come to find out it's a banana soup I'm very very verryyyy upset ruined my whole night

When I saw that they blended the two drinks in one blender, I asked the staff which one is light ginger. She said they are both light ginger. And blurted out a reason something about they are the same size.I always order the same order at jamba juice and other branches can give me the right one.
