Worst Jamba experience I’ve had. Stood at counter for nearly ten minutes (only guest there) and employee kept working on anything but the customer standing in front of her. I asked how much longer before id be able to place an order and she just ignored me. Sunday 2/18 @ 11am.Good luck

Update since my last post: I've been trying to get a hold of the manager so I can get my money back for my smoothie. A "district manager" tried to call me and I unfortunately I missed the called because I was at work and then said she would try again later (which she didn't) and didn't even think to leave me a call back number. Not sure why she's asking me to make myself available when they're the ones that messed up. I shouldn't have to call them when it's convenient for them. The way this situation has been handled is absolutely ridiculous. I've been trying to call and talk to somebody for weeks they finally fixed their phone but low and behold you can't leave a message because "their voice mailbox is full". My next steps will be contacting the better business bureau because I'm very upset at this point.

I got there at 7:30 after placing an online order to be picked up at 7:15. The store hours say 6:30, but when I got there they had yet to open so I knocked because the door was still locked and I saw an employee standing there (the one with bright red hair) and she rudely stuck up her finger saying "one minute". It's already an hour past opening but she comes to the door and sighs saying it's going to be 15 minutes before even greeting me then asks if I have a pick up order, I say yes and she says "what is it". I had modifications to my order but I didn't even bother telling her because she was so rude. I waited for my order way longer than the time when I ordered and didn't make a big deal. Then more customers come in and he's also waiting on his mobile order. He asked if he could switch something and she was like "sure" while she shook her head. Her attitude and timeliness was absolutely terrible. I placed the order in advance so I could make sure I got it in time before work. Not only was it passed the time I ordered it but she was also very rude. I'm very disappointed in my experience today.When I was leaving I spoke with the customers that came in and told me that they've called and emailed multiple times and NOTHING has been done. They said they've had multiple bad experiences with this person and she continues to be rude. Also I’ve tried calling and the number is disconnected so you can’t even call to talk to someone. Please do not come here!!! Save your money. If you’re coming because they open at 6:30 DON’t because chances are they won’t even be open for another hour. I called corporate and if this persists I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. They’ve been receiving bad reviews for years and it’s about time something happened.

Went about a week ago and any employee handed me this. I asked if this was normal because I’ve been to several other Jamba locations nearby and this is severely less. The employee rudely replied yes. Won’t be coming here again.

Guy was horrible at customer service. Had to almost punch the blender to make it work. Didn’t add frozen oat milk dessert and the drink was sour as heck. Couldn’t even drink it. Plus he charged me for an add on that I didn’t even ask for.

Really bad service. Arrived, waited 20 mins patiently to place an order as they had received a big order (completely understandable), clerk said 10, waited 20. Another customer arrived about 15 mins later. After they were done with the big order they asked him for his order before me.I have no problem waiting due to orders. I do have a problem when bad service is given.Avoid this specific Jamba juice if you want reasonable service.

It seems like there's an issue with staffing at this location so that may be why the only two workers there did not seem happy to be there. We arrived it was pretty quiet, no music, no greeting from neither one of the workers which seemed to be backed up with orders a "Hi, I'll be right with you or sorry its going to be a few minutes for your order" goes a long way. I work in the food service industry as well and understand when you are either short staffed, backed up or both but that does not mean you can just letting a line of guests stand there without letting them know how long to take their order. After waiting for around 5-10 min without my order being taken I asked how long until they could take my order and was told 10 min at first and as I was exiting I was told 5 min, which would've been appreciated to know so I can decide wether to wait or leave but it was complete silence from both workers there who had no sense of urgency either. I believe management has a lot to do with this, it's a Saturday your location is next to a big mall and it's hot, this location needs more than just 2 workers.

Amazing customer service!! Naomi is definitely an example employee. She was so kind to my daughters and found a perfect drink for them. She was thoughtful and showed great knowledge. Definitely coming back because of her! Thank you for everything Naomi, definitely coming back!

I placed an order online this morning after confirming the hours thru Yelp that this location was open. I arrive and the store is closed, no employees and no lights on inside. Tried calling the number doesn't work. Can't get in touch with anyone to get my refund. There were 2 other cars sitting outside the store just as confused and frustrated as me. Once I arrive at work I receive a notification an hour later stating my order is ready. Send my refund please. This is horrible customer service . Not to mention I still cannot reach the store.
