I ordered a 3 piece Chicken Tender meal. The chicken tastes like it was left out overnight, soggy, soft breading where it should have been crunchy and fairly warm if not semi hot. Very disappointing.Service was great. :)

Avoid this place like a plague.Chickens are undercooked. I asked for more drumsticks and the lady told me that it should be half and half.Behold, the rest of those are thighs and they gave me two drumsticks. Was not given receipt until I asked for it.Look at the undercooked chicken.BAD, SUPER BAD!!!

The food was horrible. The chicken was old and dried out. The biscuits were hard as rocks. We couldn't even eat the food it was not edible. We threw the whole big box in the trash. Will never eat at this one again.

Very poor customer service. Stopped in to pick up some food for my sister around 9:30pm, went through the drive-thru. A lady took my order at the speaker initially, and then when I drove up to the window there was a thin young looking man who collected my payment. He spoke not one single word to me. He did not acknowledge me with a simple greeting, he did not tell me how much my order was, he said nothing. I received my food and said thank you to him and he just quickly and swiftly shut the window. I don’t think I expect too much. I’m not a big talker myself, but this was just very poor customer service and rude in general.

They NEVER have the Chicken on the menu... either out of extra crispy or out of original recipe. Doesn't matter what time of the day. Poor management.
