I don't hate little Caesars but the child cashier was very rude, cashier Gustavo R. Is the face of someone miserable if I ever saw one. Also he said I didn't needed a receipt. Wth. He should go back to school if he truly hates his job instead of lashing out on customers who have better lives. He treated me as he knows me, he has glasses and tree curly hair like a teen.

Orders take lot more time that was quoted, forget ordering online your order never is ready , lady manager ignore customers and hides behind instead of helping to take orders from people waiting in line she just gets to the front to say orders will take an hour, young cashier seams untrained, been customer for years but lately is getting worse,

It's Friday night 6:00 p.m. I walk in and they have nothing ready to go. This place should have been ready for a rush for people to be able to walk in and grab a pizza and go. How unprepared are they for a Friday night go somewhere else? Don't even bother to waste your time with a bunch of little kids that can't even run a pizza parlor

0 stars if I could....yesterday I ordered pizza online for a portal pick up and I waited 40 minutes for it then when I go inside to pick it up, the cashier tells me that I have to wait another 30 minutes. My order was 2 classic pepperoni pizzas. Nother thing is that Everytime I go this location never has any pizzas hot and ready, that really sucks because I live across the street from little Caesars and I rather order dominos 2 topping medium pizzas for 7.99 not that much of a difference. Saddest thing is that I like Caesars pizza taste than

The quality of the food has gone down a lot, I ordered a sausage and jalapeño pizza and in the end they put all jalapeño and a few sausages, the pizza has half pepperoni and half cheese and bread, the cheese and bread tasted like pure bread The only one that was passable was the one with pineapple and sausage.The service is terrible, they serve reluctantly and they pay their check with what you consume.

I wanted to order a pepperoni pizza, told a 20 minute wait. A 20 minute wait for the most basic pepperoni pizza??? Anyway the employee working at the front had such an attitude and before we went to order was on his phone?! I got the new pizza thats been promoted everywhere instead of the pepperoni one. Once I received it, it was cold as hell, cheese so hard and dry. Just one of the worst experiences ever. Hopefully something will be done about this and to all the customers That we’re dissatisfied with their experience.

I have been a patron to this Location for years for over a decade and although there might be issues here and there, none were as offensive, disrespectful and simply put, out of line, as was an instance earlier today. The co-manager there at the time, Miriam Ramirez, was rude to both her employees and the costumers there. After coming to pick up 10 pizzas that I ordered, she reprimanded an employee simply for calling out my name and indicating that my order was ready and told him that's what the numbers are for and if they want their pizza, they will tell you. She then proceeded be disrespectful to other costumers waiting. I told her she was rude which she didn't take very well and upon asking her name, she shouted out her name proudly and said she was the co-manager and what?!?! I proceeded to then ask for napkins for my 10 pizzas and her co-workers told me they had ran out. Needless to say, I felt the need to call back about 2 hours later to ask for the name of the general manager to which the person who answered -- again Miriam Ramirez- said she indicated it was none of my business and if I wanted to complain I could go on the website like everyone else. To say I felt disrespected is an understatement. I work for a school and recently purchased over $350 worth of pizzas from this location combined with all the other times I have served as a patron. Myriam Ramirez gives this location and Little Ceasers a bad name and should probably be retrained or let go of. I am utterly disappointed and upset by her actions. On my way out, a fellow costumer told me to not let her actions or this event get to me as she too saw how awful she was to me and others there.

Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 of the 3 were burnt. I didn't check until I got home and based on the fact that they only had 2 employees working and a lot of people in line I didn't go back to let them know in person.
