Ordered drink at kiosk. It said to then take a number and have a seat. After 12 min, still no drink. Went to counter and they said it had been sitting here at the counter for a while. They said they don't take drinks to the table as if I should know that.

that's was tough - ordered through app and revived confirmation that order was being worked on, then received notification that food was being brought out, after 16 mins went inside to ask what the holdup was? who is in charge of brining out orders and the employee that was servicing dine in customers was supposed to but he was overwhelmed and didn't know how to respond other than I'm sorryonly frustrating because drive through, dine in customers, and food deliver/uber patrons were being serviced in a timely manner - meanwhile I'm waiting over 20 mins for 3 happy meals (you can figure how that went waiting in the parking lot) ???♂️??

One shift truly hates being there and are very rude then on the other hand you have a good crew and shift with positive attitude. Love red hair manager, amazing
I only like coffee because everything else is served cold. The pancakes arrive cold and the butter doesn't melt, the hamburgers take the cheese out of the fridge and put it in and that's it. And they get their orders wrong a lot.
