There's only one person working this entire pizza joint: taking calls/orders baking, cleaning, cash register paperwork etc... yet he was very kind and persistent with his duties. Pizza was great would definitely go here again

Can't make food to order properly. Asked for square cut. Was not square cut. Put garlic sauce in box which leaked in box making pizza taste horrible. Never again. Will stick with Domino's or Little Caesars.

Very disappointing. I just moved here from Moreno Valley CA. Now with all the problems going on with the stores in Riverside/MoVal I was excited to finally be able to order a Papa John's Pizza again. I used the app, which was great and easy to use. The delivery was lightning fast, too fast as a matter of fact. When I looked at my pizza and cheese sticks I knew right away they were under cooked. When I tasted them, it was definitely confirmed. So everyone understands, my degree is in Hotel and Restaurant management and I, in the past was a store manager for both a corporate and a franchise Pizza Hut. Plus several other fast food establishments before I left the restaurant industry. Anyway, my joy, after several months of not being able to order Papa Johns because of where I lived, quickly turned to disappointment. Now Im not asking for anything free. Just please let whomever the manager is at the Archibald location in Ontario know that while quick delivery is important. A proper bake on the pizza is an even greater priority. I'll give you guys another shot in the future to see if this issue is corrected.Thanks

We got 2 large pizza and cinnamon pull apart. The pizza was awful. It had hardly any cheese or toppings. For 20 bucks a pizza it wasn't up to par. The cinnamon pull apart was the only thing good. My total bill was 54 dollars. Way to much for what we actually got. I will not be coming back. Papa John's used to be so good. Not sure what happened?

They are a little chincy with the toppings. I told them to make sure their crust wad crispy, and it came out perfect.

I haven't tried Papa John's Pizza in years. A friend mentioned it in passing, so when I had the opportunity, I went ahead and purchased a voucher for a discounted pizza. I really don't have much to say other than, ordering online, as required, isn't the easiest thing. The pizza was lacking in quantity, (of ingredients), considering it was a Specialty Pizza. Sadly enough, the flavor that stood out was the green pepper. Where's the meats? I do have to say that the gentleman who helped me did the best he could with what he had. I have to thank him for that.The place is for Carryout and Delivery only so no frills here. I did notice, on the pictures I took of the menu, that there are no prices for the pizzas nor the drinks they offer... What's that about?

So my closest location was too far for delivery ? I decided to just pick it up.. can't believe 15 minute drive is not doable for them but anyway I got back home just to realize the pizza was super cold like it had been seating for a while and I'm literally 15 minutes away .. should've stick with little caesars lol not even kidding ? ?
Bad service, forgot to give me an item and promised give it back next time. After sometimes comes back and they refuse to give you the item back. No notes, no memory, no humanity

Straight up liars. My order that was delivered was missing some extra sides I ordered. I called the manager and she said she'll send the driver to deliver. Never even came. Didn't even bother calling to check in again, as we just started eating to prevent the food from getting cold. Unless your order is so simple that a kindergartener can't even mess it up, don't order here.

Don’t go come to this location!!! They’re delivering pizzas with the seal broken, after it was delivered to another residence, and won’t give you a refund. Pizza is not the actual size. Don’t come to this one!!! It’s a pandemic and their letting another resident open your pizza and still try to deliver it to you. Just wrong!
